I'm glad for your product are very good quality and the reduction was very helpful for the winter coat.
Special thanks to your manager ROSINA very professional caring ,good customer service that I ve never seen before ,she es everywhere in the store at the same time answer to every customer ,make every customer fell special.
Although she was being insulted buy another worker I came through and she was trying make her understand but she couldn't .
The way she was handling both situation
Taking care of customer and taking care of the staff issue is what's impress me ,

It was awful. Every time I touched something to look at I was getting pressure from the sales clerk. They told me the same deals over and over. Several times I told them I was just looking and if I needed help I would ask for it. There were only 2 customers in the store so I don’t know how they could have forgotten they had already told me. I won’t return to that location again if I see the same staff working.

I have been to this store a few times and each time the experience just keeps getting better, I have recommended this store to friends and colleagues, Matty has been a great help, with styling and making choices. Visit this store, it promises to be a great fashion experience . Very friendly and efficient staff, I highly recommend.

I just want to say, what an awesome assistant manager you have at the Billings Bridge location. Matty is kind and friendly and a great personality he was. I would love to see him as the manager there. Now I only gave a 4star rating for the store but Matty gets a 5star rating. I feel he will bring a lot to this store and I'm not liking how it has become
to see Ricki's back to the way it was. I've been a very long time customer and I'm sure Matty will being it back to the way it was. You Rock Sir!!! ?
