I was in the store Sunday and Monday, and came across one of the nicest people, Cheryl. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, just a delight! This will be my preferred store, even though others are closer, because of her. Thank you Cheryl!

I had an excellent experience at Ricki’s - Train Yards. The young lady (I think her name was Tammy) that served me was amazing. She was very courteous and friendly, with me and her other customers.

Cheryl at the Ottawa Trainyards location is always incredibly helpful when I’m there. Ricki’s is my go to for all my office workwear. I never leave empty handed!!

I purchased a couple items from the Ottawa Trainyards store but when I got home, one of the items was missing. After contacting the store, they said to come back for a refund. I was so amazed at the wonderful customer service! Staff checked their computer and let me know what other location I could repurchase my missing item - which I did. Big thanks to the staff at trainyards! #customerforlife

I was never treated so poorly going into a store before I was followed around like I was stealing the lady who seems like the manager there kept trying to grab the clothes from me saying I shouldn't be carrying the clothes around with me she said she will take the clothes from my hands and keep it at the cash until I was ready to pay 3 times she said it. It's too bad she couldnt ket me shop and feel like a normal human being. I'm not someone who would ever steal I just dress casually when I shop but she kept making a scene telling me to hand her the clothes I wanted to purchase. Why would they treat a customer like this? I will never shop there ever again. She made me feel like because I don't dress up shopping I should be treated so badly. Horrible experience

I was not expecting to purchase anything, but once I was looking around and found a couple of items. Figuring they probably would not fit, I tried the items on and they all fit and look great. So I purchased all of the items I tried. It has been a while since I actually shopped for myself and was surprised by my finds. The staff were very friendly and helpful even asking how it was going while I am in a changeroom. Never disappointed with Ricki's and cannot wait for my next shopping event.

The best shopping experience. The girls were wonderful and help me out with looking for other size, bringing some recommandation. It was if I had a personal shopping experience. I will definitely come back shopping to this location. Thank you Ricki’s for carrying larger size and always on stock. Thank you for all the wonderful gales at this location.

Picked up some pleated pants on Sale Yeah! and ordered a blouse that I liked which is on it's way after only a couple of days. Staff were very helpful and honest. Love the Trainyard location store.
