Absolutely love Rocky Mountain, i was so surprised when i found a place with so many treats so close to home :) i absolutely love their marshmallow moguls, chocolate caramel apples and chocolate covered strawberries. i’m very picky and have yet to find something i don’t like!!

Only come here if you like caramel in every damn chocolate. My mint chocolate and red velvet chocolate had caramel in it. Everything had caramel. I got a box of 6 and all of them had caramel except the peanut butter. It was also not worth it— $44 for 6 chocolates and a caramel apple is overpriced and crazy for the quality and taste of what we got. They didn’t even have prices listed anywhere inside so we couldn’t determine if it was overpriced before at checkout. I do not recommend.

TOURIST TRAP/SCAM!!!
Bought a box of 6 chocolates. Each chocolate was supposed to be 3.5$ each as labeled. The person asked if I wanted a box, which I said yes.
They charged me: 45$ FOR 6 SMALL CHOCOLATES-- !!! When confronting the person about it, they did not budge and simply said "it's because of the taxes". I pulled up my calculator with them, and calculated the price, but they said that the 45$ was correct because of the box and wouldn't budge on their price.
Very disappointed. The price of the box wasn't indicated. Total lack of transparency and fairness. Chocolate is good, but the price of the box is not worth the scam! On their websites you can get 11 similar chocolate for 35$...
They also had wasps eating the chocolate inside some of the display shelves - disgusting... I wouldn't doubt other reviews saying that they had worms after seeing this.

I think this might be my favorite ice cream place in Ottawa. Not once did I get a flavour I didn't absolutely love. And I'd say I'm pretty picky lol. 10/10

There is a lot of things to see and buy, but only a few of our favorites remain. Staff seemed interested to talk with each other instead of approaching the counter to help customers that walked in. Employees came off as slightly snobbish.
Parking: The location pin was incorrect, and we will be sending in a submission for adjustment. Google Maps tried to send us down a closed street. The parking is actually around the location but is in a block around the location.

Nice chocolate shop. I tried the dark chocolate caramel piece and the caramel was chunkier than i like. I prefer the smooth, almost flowy caramel. But it was still good.

I just bought some ice cream while browsing in the market. Their gelato is very authentic and refreshing and yummy. Also the customer service was very friendly and professional. They also offer samples. Will definitely go back there for more flavors!

Ordered ice cream in regular cone but they only have awful cones. Ordered black cherry ice cream. No clue what it was. Definitely not black cherry. Crazy expensive also.

Delicious ice cream, very kind customer service. I liked the outdoor sitting area, there was a music show while I was having my icecream. 🫶🏽
