Terrible customer service experience from manager Matt. One of his employees made a 500$ mistake and he refuses to acknowledge the mistake or apologize. His other staff in the store snickers and smiled and waved as I left the store?? What kind of customer service and management is that to allow another employee to do that infront of you? Will definitely be escalating to Roger’s customer service and they definitely need to take a look at the other Google reviews here about dear Matt. Def needs a new store manager

This places doesn’t even deserve 1 star, the costumer service was terrible we had go up to them and ask them about the option available,they were absolutely useless they clearly didn’t wanted to be there not once they looked up while talking to us no wonder business closes, and they complain about why nobody goes to shops to buy stuff, I am still Rogers customer but from now on all my shopping will be online. Absolutely useless

I gave 1 star because I stopped in today to say hi to Matt, (store manager), who served me a month back. I spent 5 hrs in the store with him, through 3 mall wide, ear piercing alarms which customers were told to leave, but we stayed because we'd already had too much invested by then, looked for my earpiece for about half hour, which I found. He was wonderful and gave beyond and above service to me... but today, after recounting all this to him, he said no, I don't remember you, then to add insult to injury, he looked at someone else, who came in after me, and asked if he could help them! I felt completely snubbed!
Now I know it was all a show for the sale!
Idiot me!

Go somewhere else to spend your money
The staff are completely rude
Rogers should clean up this place
I was there to spend over 2500$ i’m glad that they won’t have any commission on my purchase they just don’t deserve it.
Make a detour and go to Rogers Promenade in Gatineau
The staff will go way beyond to make sure you’re satisfied and they will serve you in English or French with a smile.
They will follow up with you every six month or year just to make sure that everything is up-to-date.
Plus, they have all the Apple Watch in stock and all the phone in stock. Place Orléans has got nothing. except rude staff

An Employee named Calvin refused to accommodate me at about 7:30 I wanted to get a phone, however I was told that no iPhone 14’s were currently in stock so I asked what phones did they even have at the moment and I was told they had absolutely none either. I’d much rather be told that it was too late rather than being told bold lies to my face.

I had a very frustrating start to my Rogers day, but when I came to this store(after five hours of back and forth with Rogers Call Centre agents) Matt and the rest of the team working this evening did such a phenomenal job finding the problem, explaining what the issue was thoroughly, and then working to find the best solution. The team tonight really turned my whole situation around with a positive ending, after a day of frustration.Thanks so much everyone!

Long wait times and employees are less than helpful when you finally get a chance to speak with one. If a phone isnt in stock its standard practice to check inventory in surrounding stores, and not require the customer to call up every store and hope they pick up.

I had a tricky situation and I received very poor support over the phone with the global Rogers help line. The staff at the Place d'Orléans Rogers location resolved my issue quickly, efficiently and with no hassle. Shout out to Robertson specifically, thanks for being so helpful.

I received the best customer service from Rogers Place d'orleans recently. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He helped me to easily switch from my previous carrier. ( I left because of their poor and disappointing service with their own long time customer!!!) But I am so glad I went to Rogers, I got the best promotion and excellent service. Thanks to all the staff, and special thanks to Carlos. Keep up the great work ?

We just called to have an Iphone 6 replaced (we are long time client of Rogers) and they insisted that we had to fill up a few forms. They agent said they did not have access to company files. After 20 some years with Rogers, I am done with them. Videotron, here we come.
