Roy Rump auto is an honest and ethical auto mechanic dealer. I asked them to assess my very old vehicle for roadworthiness, change to winter tires and do an oil change. They examined the car and found it totally rusted underneath, leaking from many spots and other axel related flags -totally unsafe to be driving. So they called me before putting on the (totally worn out) winter tires or changing the oil - i decided i had to give in and buy a newer car. Other mechanics may have gone ahead with the requested oil change and tire rotation to make the money from those activities. They saved me that money and they probably saved me from a road side breakdown or worse!

My sister recommended Rump and Sons to service my WRX. Within hours I got a detailed report with pictures of deficiencies including a prioritized list repairs needed. No gimmicks, just solid information. The cost of the work was reasonable and I can recommend this repair shop whole heartedly.

Right from the start the staff made me feel welcome and seemed genuinely interested in helping. The digital report and estimate was quick and accurate and the repairs, once approved, were completed even earlier than promised.
The counter staff were outstanding.
