If you like high quality clothing and nice styles, I'd recommend to come to Rudsak. Their winter coats are super nice and comfortable. So are their pants, shorts, tshirts, and sweatshirts. I purchased fall jackets and they are really comfortable and high quality with a nice design. The current manager at the Rudsak at the Rideau Centre, Youssef, is a very kind, positive, genuine and caring person. He will help you out to get what you need and want. He took the time to help me out with my purchases and was engaging and talkative, and answered all my questions. Very impressed with the excellent customer service and client development and building from Youssef. Comfort and quality is part of the Rudsak clothing. I love their quality and designs. With great clothing and excellent customer service from Youssef, I am definitely coming back in the future. Check out and try on their clothing in the different cities Rudsak is located, and see the quality, comfort and nice designs! Recommend Rudsak to your friends and family. Being one of many loyal customers, I cannot get over the professionalism from Rudsak policies and staff! Unfortunately my zipper shirt was defective, thankfully Youssef (5✨ employee!!!) helped repair the broken zipper and also helped me find solutions in case it would repeat itself such as offering their various services (both in shop or online) Youssef listens, comprehend and communicate to identify the issue, then stays calm and collective to solve it! Shoutout to his professionalism!!

Treading started coming undone everywhere. I decided to keep it because they didn’t have my size and winters are cold. So, now winters over and I’d like to get it repaired. Customer service sucks. Not impressed.

For Jessie & Ahmed of RUDSAK Ottawa Store. A BIG 5/5 They know I was going to buy on the Internet and still they gracefully assist me in finding my size by helping me try different coats. Because of their help I bought a magnificant coat, the "Monkland" during Black Friday Sale. The coat is very comfortable, high quality, warm and very flattering. I am Sold RUDSAK.
