Open 24 hours but waiting for over 20 min knocking on the door pressing the intercom at the pump and at the window
Called the number no answer
Not the first time either
During the day while staff aren’t super friendly they are ok but at night good luck. Keep going to the 24 hour esso they are always there

I get the most mileage with the gas from this specific Shell/Gas Station, I actively reset my trip counter every time I gas up from empty to full and get a significant amount more of mileage then I do at this location than any other gas station

Laziest staff around, hardware hasn't been updated compared to other Shells, one spray from the car wash has been broken at least a year.

Byfar the best shell in town lol, so spacious and the car wash is my favorite thing here. nothing beats the car wash of this location!
90+ sec for dryer? this is the most time you can get around time. the other’s like 60sec 🤣

This Shell was the only late night store open after checking Esso and Petro AND 24/7 convenience store between driving in search in Orleans all the way to Woodroffe. The attendant was kind and patient while I figuredout how to shop there. Not only did they have the most essential items for women in stock, but at a much more competitive price! I encourage my fellow women to thank these heroes in meeting our need. It is a beaming bright beacon of hope in our world that still leans in favour of misogyny. Mic drop.

Ordered some munchies last night (thru Uber). Received 2 small bags of chips instead of the 2 large bags we paid for. We were tired, and let it go. Ordered again this evening. Got what we ordered, 2 large bags of chips in one paper bag. 3 chocolate bars (already soft from the heat?) smashed under 2 large bottles of pop in another paper bag. Why not put them in the bag with the chips? Will definitely go elsewhere for late night munchies from now on.

A friend went by today and paid $12.99 for a basic car wash. The car still came out dirty she went to the attended who agreed it was still dirty. Asked to see the receipt. When looked at the receipt, he said you bought basic car wash. She asked for a credit and he said he could not do that. Are you kidding me? What does it matter what kind of car wash she paid for? She went there to get her car washed, not leave with it dirty. A simple let’s try it again would’ve worked. Absolutely disgusting.

Service Denied:A corporation like shell should be more sensible while hiring because the people working for them represents the company and the experience I had tonight was the worst ever and it simply doesn’t represent shell at all. Around 9:55PM as I was passing by the store, I saw the car wash and eagerly went to get my car washed but as I stood at the night window for the cashier to show up it took an eternity for him to show up. On top of that when he did show up, I don’t know whether he was high on weed or didn’t get enough sleep, he wasn’t willing to sell me a car wash saying the car wash is not working at the moment. I saw with my own eyes as cars were being washed inside and he lied through his teeth. Shockingly he changed his whole statement when I confronted him. I do realize that it is actually hard to find over night employees but that doesn’t mean a company like Shell will simply lower their standards and hire people who are not up to the mark to provide top-notch customer service.Hopefully concerned authorities will take proper measures so no one else has to go through the same experience.
