Shell carwash closes early and inconsistent at closing. Sometimes they close 7pm on weekends and 8pm on weekdays not like other shell carwashes where there is a cashier they are still open so disappointing

The slowest carwash I’ve experienced. I sat in the line for the carwash for 45 minutes. I wasn’t expecting it to take that long with about 6 cars in front of me.
At least the man at the counter inside the station was friendly.

Don’t have good service at all , I always go to wash my car and there either closed super early or they are out of service in most locations of Ottawa especially St Laurent and on Walkley and when I ask the worker they just say I don’t know.

Google says they're open until 11 PM but they actually close at 10 PM

Employees either sleeping or closing early
You come at 10:45 pm they tell you we're closed.
Car wash they close early.. When you argue with them they'll turn it back on
It's funny their website and google says open till 11 but the employees claim 10:30 and start refusing customers.
I hope the owner watches the camera. While I'm writing this review 4 customers were refused. Saturday Sept 20 at 10:45
The worst employees all shells are like that. I just cancelled my car wash subscription and won't be using shell again.

Every other day. Car wash is broken.

Dear goodness. If you are going to run a business perhaps you should speak to and acknowledge the people to choose to spend their money at your establishment. Unbelievably rude person at the cash.

It’s one of the worst car wash ever, they close whenever they want, they are not following a regular schedule, every week is different, most of days, the car wash is closed. I’ve subscription for a month, and couldn’t use it most of days because they are close most of the time. It’s totally unfair.

The person who was covering the night shift on Dec 23 around 8.30pm was super rude. He had a really bad attitude and was acting as if he is the owner of shell group.

I'm not one to write negative feedback unless I have a strong reason to. Well, unfortunately this is one.
Reader's digest version, my father and I were at the Shell at the corner of Walkley and St. Laurent yesterday morning to fill up on gas for my father's car. $40 worth to be exact.
When I arrived, there was one gentleman customer ahead of me who seemingly was either short of funds, perhaps confused or disoriented, I'm not certain. In any case, person behind the desk was quite blunt with the customer. At first, maybe the man was trying to weed out the bad customer.
Then it came time to pay for the gas. My father was outside waiting to fill up, but some stations require prepayment. No problem there. The problem I had was how rude, blunt, arrogant the "worker" was with me. I kindly explained my father wants to fill up however I'm covering the cost. Workers words, "YA YA YA, JUST PAY NOW".
If you don't like your job, may I suggest resigning and put someone else behind the desk with a little more respect.
Needless to say, for as long as that arrogant worker is employed at that location, I will be staying as far away as possible and so should everyone.
Needless to say I do not recommend this location. Drive up a few blocks to the quickie at the corner of Pleasant Park and St. Laurent. You'll have a far better experience.

Reviews for this gas station speak the truth and the owner responses show the clear lack of accountability approach!! I stopped at this Shell gas station to fill up and continue our travel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The attendant had closed the store and left a note saying he would be back in 5 minutes. He ended up taking more than double that time, which, while inconvenient, I could have overlooked.
However, the real issue was his attitude when he returned. There was no apology for being late, no acknowledgment of the waiting customers, and not a single word spoken—no greeting, no customer service, nothing. His complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customers was unacceptable.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the Shell brand, and I hope management addresses this issue. I won't be returning to this location

Very rude staff specially the guy name MOHAMMED doesn’t know anything standing there like a clown, Very unprofessional. Store is always dirty when he is on duty sitting behind the counter.

Don’t go there if you’re paying cash , these guys don’t have change to break a 50 and they blame shell headquarters for it , they’ll refuse to fill you up if you don’t have exact change
