I purchased a quart of ceiling paint and asked the person at the counter to mix a Pratt and Lambert colour (Designer White). I was trying to get the paint to touch up the existing ceiling paint. When we tried to use the mixed paint, it was very different compared to what we had previously gotten mixed of the same colour.
When we were buying the paint, we were not told that the Sherwin Williams colour will not match with my existing paint. When we came back then she told us that their colors are different and they don’t exactly match the Pratt and Lambert colors. She told us that she couldn’t do any thing else but sell us another quart and try to match but no guarantee that it will match.
If I had known initially that the Sherwin Williams couldn’t match the Designer White, Pratt and Lambert colour then I would have never purchased the paint and wasted money.

We came in looking for a paint match on a 5-year old can of paint which our homebuilder purchased in QC. Jenny originally told us she would try her best to match it but that they no longer carried that particular type of paint. We left to go get ice cream and when we came back, Jenny kindly told us that she had mixed up the remnants of our paint, which we had thought was no good, and poured it into a smaller can for us, no charge! Jenny could have easily sold us on a quart of new paint but she did us this kind favour which blew us away. We were so happy and impressed with Jenny's customer service. Highly recommend.

Great service, Good paint.Went in and they had very friendly staff who were knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect paint that was low VOC. Painted in the afternoon and there was no odour by night time.

Friendly service, knowledgeable, helpful staff in-store. This paint is by far the best I’ve ever used. One coat, and it adheres to everything. Definitely worth the price. I’ve been lucky and so far there’s always been a sale when I’m painting, so check their website.

Excellent products and very helpful service. The people at the desk were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. I was going to buy a product and the sales associate told me that they are having a sale starting next day and if I don't need it immediately then I can save 40% off this product.Their paints are also very easy to use and the coverage is great too. I have used paints in the past from other mega stores and they are not easy to use. They dry in the tray very quickly. Also those paints are very thick which leaves a line where the roller ends. Sherwin Williams paint on the other hand is very smooth to use and you are able to put the second coat (if needed) after only 4 hours. The paint has some type of self leveling property. So it is very hard to mess.BTW, I have only used their emarld brand in Satin sheen.
