“Ryan provided outstanding customer service during my visit to the UPS Store. I saw him patiently assist a customer who had a language barrier, clearly explaining how to laminate his document and making sure he understood the process. He also helped another customer who needed her picture taken, listening carefully and retaking the photo until she was satisfied. When she was confused about the added taxes, Ryan took the time to explain how the taxes were calculated. Both customers left happy and confident. Ryan also quickly printed my shipping label and prepared my package for delivery. Professional, patient, and genuinely helpful—great customer service all around.”

“I have to say I was blown away by what they did for me! I had an odd shrink wrap job and I was calling around for some help. No one would touch it. I called Wills Transfer and they asked me to send a picture. I did that and a guy named Will (not sure whether he owns the place but he should!) called me back and told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. He and another person shrink wrapped the two pieces perfectly and wouldn’t let me pay them anything! What I thought was going to be a few days of hunting and a huge bill turned out to be a very quick fix and didn’t cost me a cent. I really wish Will would have taken the money I offered. It is so rare these days for a company to do something like this. I tell everyone who will listen this story. Way to go Will, Wills Transfer is lucky to have such a customer oriented person.”

“The front counter lady staff at Fedex ship center (130 Thad Johnston Private) are very helpful. They are patient, polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and well organized. They deliver outstanding customer service to help me packing and drop-off high value items for international shipment this morning. While the Fedex mobile app does not perform as expected (no QR code generated for shipment labels), the manual help resolves technical issues. Thanks for delivering great service. Very much appreciated.”

“I was having a very frustrating experience with both the customer service line and the delivery service of purolator, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me, while attempting to deliver 3 times and scheduling to do a 4th “attempt” while clearly something was wrong. During contacting customer service I waited a total of 4.5 HOURS (1.5 hours the first time, only to be told they couldn’t hear me when it was finally my turn, then another 2 and a bit hours before they got ahold of me) I asked them to keep it at the Center and was told it would be 2 days before I could go pick it up. After this call I got an alert that the package was on a truck to be delivered again today, super frustrating. Then I got a second message saying it was ready for pickup at the hawthorn location. Once I got there, a really wonderful employee greeted me, I told her a brief of the struggles I went through and how happy I was to be able to pick up today after thinking it would be a big mess. She told me she caught it and pulled it off the van, and that she was the one who sent the message it was ready. I’d love to give the delivery service a 0 but I give this woman all 5 stars because her customer service was really top bar. I wish I had grabbed her name, but she was blonde and working at the hawthorn location at 8:00 AM this morning December 10.”
