Rachel customer service is above and beyond! I specifically go to the Donald location for her. She’s so bubbly and always smiling. 10/10

One of the best vape stores in Ottawa! Most importantly, the staff are always welcoming and treat you like a person, not just a customer. They know you by name and genuinely care. A special thank-you to Kaylen, who is always there for me. Highly recommended!
