An excellent owner operated business providing classic customer service and excellent products.Great products, many made in Canada or anorth America.Their dedicated delivery team were excellent guys who were personal, professional, and polite.Well worth the price of delivery to have it all taken care of so well.

***Amazing delivery team***Huge thanks to the incredible delivery team. A tough delivery was made to look effortless as the team problem solved how to get the sectional through our narrow entranceway. An extra pair of hands was called in for help. The team hoisted the sectional over our backyard fence and carried it through the patio doors (which involved removing and reinstalling the doors). They checked in with us at each and every step, explained our options, and allowed us to decide how to proceed. All team members were very personable and polite. Phenomenal customer service!

We had a great experience at the Sofa World Warehouse! Rick was friendly, thorough and professional, loading our new furniture onto our truck. He thoroughly checked both our new sofas and repackaged them just like they came right out of the factory. Thank you, Rick!

Received our new custom sectional couch today, and we are thoroughly enjoying it so far. It is exactly as ordered, and although I haven't done a super thorough inspection yet, it appears to be quality and is quite comfortable. Norma did a great job helping to select the fabrics and giving us a fair deal. Chris and George went above and beyond getting the couch safely into the house as it wasn't able to be brought in through the front door. I could tell they are incredibly hard workers, and they were very professional as well. I appreciated how they went out of their way to be delicate in my home and also removed their shoes. Only giving 4 stars because the couch fabric that I originally wanted was actually discontinued, but Norma helped us select a nice second option that still works beautifully in our space. I hope this couch lasts for a long time, but it does appear to be very well constructed.

Great sofas and outstanding service. Norma was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She understood perfectly what we wanted, but she always gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend this store.

We bought a beautiful Decor-rest sectional from Norma at Sofa World St. Laurent. She was fantastic to work with for our purchase. We got a terrific deal on a sofa from Cheryl who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The delivery guys were great too. Important to note that if you arrange it with Sofa World beforehand they'll take aware your old couch at the same time for a very good price. We'll definitely shop at Sofa World again.

Cheryl at Sofa World on St Laurent Blvd in Ottawa was a huge help to us when trying to find a sofabed quickly for my elderly mother. Cheryl texted me photos of what was available and provided measurements and guidance - even after-hours. It made a difficult, sudden move much easier. I can’t recommend Cheryl or this store highly enough.

Awesome experience at Sofa world on St Laurent. Brandon is the rockstar of furniture! Very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy and very kind. He gave us space when we were trying out furniture and choosing fabrics and would come to help us when he heard us asking questions about a certain piece. We went twice to make sure that these were the pieces at the best price they could offer and he guided us throughout the purchases not by being pushy or frustrated with us but by being patient and understanding. I will certainly purchase from him again. Great selection with great prices.

Great experience with Cheryl who sold me my sofa. The delivery was delayed by a few days, but they gave me plenty of notice so I could plan and called me a couple of times to confirm the drop off. The delivery itself was very smooth and the delivery team was friendly, efficient, and very competent.
