Before entering the store I was a bit sceptical due to the reviews on here about the customer service, but thankfully I can say my experience was a pleasant one. I was helped out by Steven, who was very patient and determined to help with my shoe size exchange. Can say positively that I left a happy customer. Thank you, Steven! ??

I would like to mention the friendly, courteous, and professional service at the SoftMoc location at Billings bridge. I came in for a return after having purchased a pair of boots online; I had the pleasure of meeting with the manager whom gave me excellent service and was extremely pleasant and helpful.I would certainly recommend this particular SoftMoc location, as the staff/management are top notch - says a happy customer!

I just left a 4-star review for SoftMoc St. Laurent and I should actually give them a 5-star after my experience with SoftMoc Billings Bridge. When I came into the store to pick up a pair of shoes that were put on hold (by the St. Laurent associate) no one greeted me as I approached the cash register. There was a customer who was already attended to, so she told me to go ahead in front of her. I approach the cash where one gentleman was counting the cash and the female associate was on the screen. I said, “I have a pair of Crocs I put on hold.” The gentleman doesn’t say anything and looks at the other associate. He then looks behind him and asks her, “Is it this box?” The female associate looks up at me and says, “Did you say something?” (Not a “Hello, can I help you?” Or “Sorry, what can I help you with?”) Totally taken aback by this young lady’s attitude, I look at the gentleman and said, “Did you hear what I asked?” The female associate then asked, “Did you call earlier? Or last night?” No smile and was cold as ice. She went to the back and came back with a box of Crocs. She didn’t open the box to show me the shoes or asked to confirm that if it was indeed the right pair. I opened the box and confirmed the pair and size were correct myself. After our transaction, another customer came to the counter saying, “Excuse me, ma’am?” And she was totally ignored. It was an unbelievably unpleasant experience and I suggest an attitude check with the Staff.

Went there on a Monday and was initially disappointed by the lackadaisical attitude of most of the staff. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I encountered a young stellar gentleman who stood out with his exceptional customer care. Calvin Wakooli, a true shoe connoisseur and even truer gentleman.From the moment I approached him with my questions and concerns, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. Unlike the other staff members, he was attentive, knowledgeable about the products, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes.His friendly demeanor and patience as I tried on multiple pairs made the entire shopping process enjoyable. He truly understood the importance of great customer service and demonstrated it effortlessly. I felt valued as a black customer, and he made me feel like my satisfaction was his top priority.

Was greeted right away, asked if I need help. Was offered suggestions. Satisfied customer, thank you Malek.Went to Bayshore and Carlingwood...was given the best customer service at the Billings Bridge location.

Went in on Sunday, June 4th at about 2pm. Approached the only Associate who was stacking boxes on the main floor to ask for a shoe size.I said excuse me, she doesn’t acknowledge me but continues to pack boxes. I repeat, she doesn’t even turn to look at me but continues. Finally, when she is done, she turns to me. I ask her for my shoe size, she doesn’t check and states they only have size 11. This shoe is on sale so I brush it off.I find a different shoe. I approach her again as the only other Associate is at the cash registry. Once again, she doesn’t even turn to face me, and gestures something while mumbling. I say excuse me, she rudely points to the other Associate and says he can help you. I say your back is towards me so I can’t hear you clearly. While, I’m saying she angrily says over and over again that the other Associate can help me. I ask for her name, she says ABSOLUTELY NOT!So, I go to the Associate who has heard and seen this. I ask for the manager, he says he is the manager. I ask him if he thinks the way she just spoke to me was appropriate. He sighs and says, “Do you want me to help you with the shoe or not”. I repeat, do you think that was appropriate, he repeats his sigh and states again do you want me to help you with the shoe or not. I ask for her name for a complaint, he says obviously I can’t do that. I ask for his name, he sighsagain and declines. I push further, he finally says his name is Luda.All because I asked for shoe sizes from the available associates. It is disgusting that this is how you treat your customers. Your managers, if that was the manager, condone rudeness and are equally rude. The other customers in the store, approach me and agree that they were shocked at how they both spoke to me. Well, never again and will be sure to let my friends and family not to support your store.Obviously, one star isn’t even deserved.

Terrible! Store has a good selection of shoes at reasonable prices. Unfortunetely, the staff is terrible. I went there on different days and staff is just talking among themselves, ignoring customers. Two ladies, a young and older one had a terrible flu, and young male that also works there seems useless helping customers. All three unhelpful! Upon asking questions I was treated in a very condescending way. Please if you don't like your job, just quit!

Went there before noon time (not busy) . stay around 20 min and looking for some help from staff, twice called them and asked for help but NOTHING . Finally after many time tries I found my right size shoes myself and took it to the cash. The person at the cash in a very rude manner when I asked for 10 percent discount which I used to have in pervious purchases as a neighbor or mall worker and he shouted me very loudly " we cant do that" and left me alone with another employee and went to the back. I was in a moment of SHOKED.The other cashier was talking very loudly on the phone and did not offer to help me at all. I asked her to help but she was not care as well. it was very obvious that they were annoyed to do so.So, I left the box on the counter and left although loved it:).I’ve been to this location several as a old customer with no issue. Not sure what happened yesterday!!? but definitely will not be coming back. Not to this location at least however I work in this Mall.

As a former long-time resident of Ottawa South, Billings Bridge has really changed while rather sad to witness so many closures because so much has vanished. SoftMoc has much to offer while they have several locations in the city, yet it's really the staff who make the difference. It's still a relatively busy mall unlike certain ones such as Carlingwood which can be very depressing. No disrespect intended but shopping malls are increasingly being replaced by condominiums, rather small yet quite expensive.

Went there when they were open at around 9:30 am and when I walked in, the person at the cash in a very rude manner said “excuse me we’re not open yet” which then another employee corrected that they are in fact open.That same person was talking very loudly on the phone and did not offer to help me at all. I asked another employee to help and although they did, it was very obvious that they were annoyed to do so.I got the wrong size I asked for and I had to correct them. I’ve been to this location several with no issue. Not sure what happened today but definitely will not be coming back. Not to this location at least.
