SoftMoc Store at Rideua store is great and staffs are so friendly and great even I am a foreigner coming here the first time.

Unfortunately this store deserves a 1. I have been to other Soft Mocs in the city like Carlingwood and they have adequate staff ready to serve you. The last 3 times I walked into Soft Moc at the Rideau center no one is there to help you. They disappear in the back of the store for long periods of time wondering if they will come out. I left the last time and just ordered the shoes I needed online to ship. Store needs more staff. Cannot have 1 person only on the floor and other one who only works in back.Other people reviews are the same.

Never seen such horrible customer service!!.. the staff is just sitting behind the register eating and don’t acknowledge you at all until you approach then and ask questions. (The girl was eating her ice cream cone while looking up sizes in the computer, I couldn’t believe my eyes!)

I went in to buy UGG comfy slides I’d wanted for awhile. I wanted to try them on the staff were in the back for awhile. The girl helping me had on the UGG’s I came to buy but ended up discouraged the sale after saying she found them uncomfortable. She didn’t even get me the shoes to try on. Thanks for the honesty but was very unprofessional.

The lady helping me didn’t seem to know much about the shoe I was looking for, she was quick to grab the shoes which was nice but I was not offered any solution to my question about the shoes materials which was disappointing

The assistant manager was great to find exactly what we were looking for and was very capable. But when I was at the store a few days ago the manager was very cold and I felt like she was judging me based on how I was dressed and ignored me until she helped customers that came in after me and the girl working just kept saying that someone would be with me and I had wait until the store was practically empty to get help and the girl asked if I had money. I asked for the assistant manager and they said oh she's not here anymore. Well I won't go back there and will never recommend soft MOC again. That manager shouldn't manage a place that deals with people. Terribly managed. But the former assistant manager was great.

I came to the store today, I was trying on sandals only for the staff to tell me that I need to wear socks for me to try the sandals. What upset me is that I was the ONLY ONE who was told that I need to wear sock, yet other people who were in the store trying on shoes WITHOUT socks nothing was said to them. I felt discriminated give I was the only visible minority in the store at the time. Such a shame!!!!!

Great shoe selection, horrible customer service. Manager had such an unfriendly tone and could not be bothered to help. This is my second time at this location where I've thought the service was very limited. Because of the attitude of the manager, I walked downstairs to Brown's where I was treated much better and they got 200 bucks of my money instead. I just won't try again, now I know!
