Went in to have photos taken in order to get our PR cards. Arrived at 16H25, after travelling 20 minutes to get there we were told that no photos after 16H30. They need to pack up. Not very service driven ! The website should be updated , saying the store is closing before closing time.

I had a 36” X 48” banner printed at the Orleans Store and it was lost in shipment to the Kanata(Terry Fox) store for lamination. JOEY didn’t miss a beat when I brought her my predicament. I needed it soon and without hesitation she fired up her big printer and even bigger laminator apparatus. It was done in less than 20 minutes to my utmost satisfaction. Thumbs up to the store manager who gave the okay for the print job to go ahead. Thank you Staples Kanata for going the ‘extra mile’ to satisfy a customer!!

I was standing in line at the Fed Ex counter, I was asked at least 3 times if I needed any assistance.

Great store, great staff. Store REALLY needs parking lot lines repainted. People forget how parking lots are supposed to look when there are no lines ??♀️

Great place to buy school and office stationery supplies. I purchase pens, notebooks, and printer paper here in bulk. We also come to this store often to buy arts and crafts supplies for my kids and to print photos. Employees here are quite helpful.

I sent in for one day printing for an urgent event, yet the lady said we have to wait till 8pm, why would we print same day printing to have something ready by end of day?

The quality of the stuff they sell has been dropping for years while their prices get higher and higher and higher. Plus, I bought three desks online which Staples said had a five-year warranty, Then when I needed a warranty repair, they said, sorry, the warranty only applies in the US. What!? And the amount of runaround they gave me was criminal. Never got the desk fixed. Staples would not still be in business if there was more competition.

I want to extend a big Thank You to both Jordis in the Print Dept. and Rose-Marie, Sales Manager, who helped me recently with a print order. There was a complication and while it took a while to get the issue fixed, both pulled together and resolve it. Very friendly and excellent service. And the print job looks great! Thank you so much!!

USELESS LOCATION! You will wait in long lines at the copy/shipping center, only to find out their systems are down and you can't do what you came to do! This location is the worst in the city!
You can also sit in many office chairs that they DON'T have in stock, even though their system tells them it's in stock! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

The Amazon return process was seamless. Staples has clear signs, and definitely makes this return option my favorite way to process returns.
