Worse than Walmart. I’m forced to do work here frequently and I could fill a book with the bad experiences. The staff do their best (with a couple of glaring exceptions) but they usually have the good sense not to stick around longer than they have to. Price gouging, slave driving company. Buy your products anywhere else.

Do not return your packages from Amazon or FedEx here. Line ups lasting an hour to be asked to go to another line. Find any other return centre if you don't want to wait an hour + just to drop off a package .

What a lazy staff , I asked one of the staff for a very simple thing he said he doesn’t know he was in his phone texting. I will never go back to this place again.

Easy access, friendly staff, everything under one roof, stationary to electronics, office supplies, printing copying to taking photos for official documents, Staples is very convenient.

I came her a couple weeks ago to get a plastic bin and some shipping boxes. Just awful customer service from beginning to end. No assistance was offered, all the file bins were mixed around so it was really hard to tell what the prices were, and my cashier had a really bad attitude for the entire transaction. I left the place in shock because I've never had this type of experience in any store. I might've just caught them on a bad day but I will not be going back. Canadian Tire is way better.

We went to the store for 1 return & 4 items to purchase. The return went seamlessly & the 4 items were all in stock. The store was clean, tidy & well stocked.
We received excellent service from Stefan. He knew his products & assisted us with courtesy. He is a big asset to Staples.

Excellent selection of electronics & office/school supplies/furniture. Free parking in rear of building. Sales staff are friendly & knowledgeable but the management & security could use some sensitivity training. I've spent over $2000 this year at this location and I've been followed closely by security (within 6ft) throughout the entire store while shopping to the point where I've walked out and gone to purchase at a different location. Management doesn't seem to care about this or any requests from customers and treat us as though we are ignorant and entitled when basic questions any consumer would want to know are asked.

Laziest staff and long turnaround times. A lady was behind the counter with a line of 8 people and just decided to get up and leave after asking what everyone needed and making a face after I said I needed to print. Go to the university of Ottawa to print anything. It’s cheaper and is done same day and their staff is actually helpful. They made me wait in line for 20 minutes just to tell me it would take 48hrs to print a pamphlet I needed for tomorrow. There’s a lot of better places, or at least much better service than there.

The staff were extremely unfriendly and exhibited clear signs of racial discrimination. It was entirely their fault for not carefully checking the customer’s label, yet they blamed the customer instead. They kept telling the customer to be quiet and did not offer a single word of apology. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Hate going into this place. I have never once gone in and easily walked out with what I wanted even/especially for easy things. There is always some problem or another. In the odd event that they actually have what I want and are able to process the transaction successfully, 9/10 it’s more expensive then just ordering online.
