Staples had the tape i was looking for. At the time for checkout, it was unclear of where exactly to go. I guess you can checkout anywhere you like. So I bought my tape and was good to go. ?

The employees themselves were good! I had to pick up a package from FedEx last week. When I first entered the security guard seemed to hone in on me, but gave me the directions to FedEx so I put it out of my mind(he seemed like he was being helpful!). However it felt a bit like survelliance from the security guard after (as a POC person this was alarming). He happened to walk down the opposite side of the hallway a couple steps behind me as I went. Ok, maybe he's making his rounds? Once I had my package, I went into an aisle because I figured I'd browse and see if there was anything of interest since it is holiday season. The security guard was immediately in the same aisle and watching me for over a minute (back turned to make it not obvious but your blocking off the aisle come on dude its obvious!). It turned me right off and I chose to leave immediately. I understand with holidays its busier then ever but this is really not ok. I recommend having a talk with your security to at least not make it so obvious!! :( I am dreading if I ever miss another package and have to come here.

The website is total trash. Makes it nearly impossible to get a simple document printed. Doesn’t let you log in, then you get in and fill your cart and it logs you out. Zero stars. Go to UPS for printing, works fine.

These guys saved me I had no idea Staples was known. 4 ensold electronics cell phones, tablets and accessories. And I desperately needed a new phone right away. And they happen to have the best price on a Samsung phone that I was able to purchase the phone to answer all of my questions. In excellent detail and I had absolutely no problems. And I have everything up and working within an hour of me entering the store I would highly recommend returning if I ever needed office supplies. Or.Some smart home tech

Happy they exist, and getting shredding done was straightforward. Too bad they wouldn’t make change for me, even though I was a paying customer. I must say, that was pretty bizarro..

Do not purchase any expensive headphones from this store or any other Staples in Canada. They have a strict policy that if you want to return or exchange them, you won’t be able too.I accidentally purchased 3rd generation AirPods and wanted to exchange them and they wouldn’t budge on an open box. Even the Apple Store allows 2 weeks returns for open boxes. Ridiculous policy.

Honestly... hard to review an office supply store, so managing expectations here... visited here twice. Staff were helpful and/or knowledgeable ... place is clean, bathroom clean, and... there is a coffee shop in the store and business centre and workstations for rent...So... it is a Staples, no surprises here... but... probably one of the best downtown Staples I have ever come across. Kudos.

A great store with great staff!My wife and I needed to pop in to get some home office supplies. It’s a surprisingly large store that had everything we needed. What’s that the experience apart was that the staff was really helpful. From the people on the floor to the person tending the register, everyone was super helpful, polite and went above and beyond!

Staff members are helpful and courteous. Large selection of office and tech items. Fedex desk is friendly and efficient. Aisles are wide and spacious. There's even a cafe inside! Very nice.

It was a few years since I've been in there and it has certainly filled out, although, I found it more cluttered and unfriendly if you are dependent on a mobility device such as a wheelchair. I don't care for the Cafe and dogs allowed in the business. I have allergies and a wheelchair. The barking ruined the quiet and I ended up going to another store to buy later of the day.

I was in Staples for a new case for my older version of iPad. Steve kindly came to help. Not finding any on the shelves, he went on-line but nothing was available. He suggested I might need an updated iPad but then asked me to wait. He checked in the back and returned with just the case that fitted exactly. I was most impressed with his determination to find what I required. It was well worth the visit, especially getting Steve to help me out so very well. I am delighted with my purchase.

Don't go there unless you have a hour to kill. Hey Staples here' s an idea, how about having 2 checkout lines? I shouldn't have to wait for someone to get their passport picture taken or learn how to use a printer before I can buy a roll of tape...

Consistently poor customer service. My last few visits I've waited over 5 minutes, at the printing desk, for someone to assist me or even acknowledge I'm waiting. Today 3 of us were lined up for over 10 minutes while 2 employees were teaching people to use the self serve copying and two others just kept talking with each other and working on something at the back table. I get that people are busy but at the very least someone should acknowledge a lineup of customers and tell them you'll be with them shortly!
