I usually go to this Starbucks a lot. But today I decided to order a cold brew delivery. And when it arrived half the cup was empty. I'm paying a lot for this I think I should at least get the full amount of my drink. :( very disappointed.

Used to love this location, its gone downhill recently. Disappointed that their pride flag is randomly gone now, looks like another corporation that only cares about the community during pride month.

Food service was very fast and efficient.Drink service was terrible, I waited over 25 mins for a drink because I ordered a Frappuccino I guess I was less important and was skipped over by 5-10customers . Cashier was great and food server. Very disappointed, I won't be back to this location. On top of that when I asked the Barista why my drink was being skipped she gave me attitude.Atmosphere was terrible garbage cans over flowing and sanitizers all empty.

The person taking my order today was a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, even during a busy time. Love this Starbucks!

Very slow. Workers stand around while only one or 2 others doing all the work.

This Starbucks cafe is located inside the Indigo store. Four years ago, I was here when the Indigo was a Chapters.I was thrilled to see this cafe still kicking around. The Starbucks at my local Chapters did not survive during the pandemic. It's sad seeing it empty every time I go to get my Chapters fix.I like that when Indigo closes, you still have access to this cafe. It has a separate entrance. Naturally, you can also access the cafe by going through Indigo's main doors. When you walk through the Indigo doors, Starbucks is on the right. There wasn't a lineup when I got there.I ordered a grande iced peach green tea. The barista was cheerful and nice.I had my Starbucks barcode associated with my card scanned. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. I thanked her and drank my drink as I perused Indigo.I wasn't sure if I could sip and shop around. No one said that I couldn't, so there's the answer.I loved my drink. It was yummy and hit the spot on a hot summer day. It helps that this store is nicely air-conditioned for folks like me who need relief from hot, humid conditions. It was great finally dropping by this cafe. I hope that it continues to exist and thrive.(269)

Baristas Duncan & Erik were absolutely wonderful. Duncan has such a dynamic personality, and both are so friendly. Both were very knowledgeable and professional.I'm not a coffee drinker, so I enjoy their Cold Frappuccinos, Frozen Lemonades, Chai Tea Lattes, and their Brownies are delicious.Highly recommend .Thanks, Duncan and Eric and we will be back again soon.Vegetarian options: Menu for everoneKid-friendliness: Encourage kids with hanging the pictures they colored.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessibleDietary restrictions: Just let them know your restrictions and Duncan will be more than happy to find something for you.
