Our experience with Structube had always been positive until we shopped in this location. The store manager is extremely rude and called us, in short, cheap liars, when we complained about items damaged during delivery. The manager refused to share the original photos of the items, despite the claim that he reviewed them. All he had to do was to kindly apologize and offer some reparations, like a 10$ gift card!? Instead, we were met with harassment. The only other option they offered was for us to return 2 very heavy furniture items ourselves, on our own expense, which would probably be more than the items themselves. So this is as low as the manager of this store can go; mocking customers and harassing them. If you’re to do business with that store, take a photo of everything and document each and every step. It is managed poorly and shamefully.

Wow such a nice looking bed. extra storage is great. took a bit of time to put together. boxes were very heavy, ...but so in love with my new bed!

Very poor customer experience, very poor quality furniture. A $500 bed has a lifespan of 1 year. Warranty won't cover the parts, and the store refuses to sell the parts that I need. To add insult to injury, none of their parts match industry standards so you can't even go anywhere to buy the parts you need.
Never shop at Structube, and never shop at this location!

Awful company!
Don’t waste your money on their low quality products because they take no accountability for it. I’ve had bad experiences before and all other companies actually made an effort to ensure their customer is satisfied with the quality of the product and have had a good experience with them. Any company that doesn’t aim to build good clients’ relationships and ensure they provide a good service should not be in this type of business. If you buy anything from Wayfair that’s you’re not happy with they’d be immediately willing to replace it and sometimes even have you keep both items so you’re not troubled with the return process!
Back to my experience with the Clarkson bed.
Bought a bed that had 2 manufacturing defects and when I contacted them they asked me for photos. I sent photos but they couldn’t confirm that it was not their fault so they asked for more. I sent more, and they said it was confirmed it was due to assembly. I said no it wasn’t, but whatever, I corrected the issue they claimed that it was the problem and sent more photos and included a video that literally shows how the pieces (middle leg) were not attaching properly to the bed - it was supposed to be screwed in but the screw just kept rotating without tightening causing the leg to lean to one side and eventually causing the bed to slide across the room with the slightest movement. Showed them how the corner leg and the footboard don’t attach properly because the footboard isn’t aligned well with the leg screws; They still claimed that the the problem was due to assembly, not manufacturing, which it wasn’t!!
I even invited them to come examine the bed in person and confirm to me it’s not damaged by them, but of course they refused because they knew that way they’d have not excuse.
The bed legs were broken causing the bed to stay unstable and prone to breaking yet they still insisted that it was not their problem.
I’d rather buy furniture from Temu than ever buying anything from Structube.
Bad quality products and far worse customer service.

Spent 45 minutes in the store, no service at all. No one greeted us, offered help, or even said hello. We looked around for staff and clearly saw four employees. One was giving a piggyback ride to a colleague, laughing, while two others sat at the counter chatting. Despite seeing us, they completely ignored us. Very disappointing for a megastore.
