Came here a couple times and enjoyed it. However recently got food poisoning after eating here. Great staff and a nice place but beware of getting sick.

Ordered online. Asked for extra sauce, the sandwich was bone dry. They are way too cheap on ingredients too. Just 3 tomatoes for whole footlong, just was cucumbers for whole footlong. Not worth at all.

Server touched the parchment paper for my sandwich when their hands were holding cash and keys. Gave me a bit of attitude when I asked them if they can change their gloves. Did not toast my order fully, I didn’t realize it would make a difference but when I opened to eat it right after receiving it, it was much too soft.

I visited this Subway location to purchase a CRISPY CHICKEN for dinner. To my surprise, I encountered several issues during my visit. Firstly, the staff seemed disorganized, and standard procedures were not followed. The lack of attention to detail was evident initially, as my order was not prepared according to the standard Subway procedure. As per my knowledge, the crispy chicken should be baked/toasted in different containers but the chicken baked with bread.Moreover, when I proceeded to pay for my order, I was charged 13.79+tax the standard price(I saw 11.99+tax on your digital screen) for the selected sandwich. This was particularly frustrating as I have been a loyal customer and have never experienced such discrepancies in pricing before. I attempted to address this issue with the cashier, but unfortunately, the matter was not resolved satisfactorily.I believe in the importance of providing constructive feedback to help improve the overall customer experience. I hope this letter brings to your attention the issues I encountered during my recent visit. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and take appropriate measures to ensure such incidents do not recur.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope that you will take the necessary steps to maintain the high standards that Subway is known for. I appreciate your understanding, and I look forward to a positive resolution to this issue.

Only few places to sit inside and no table, only stool. Food was whats expexted. No space for stroller or wheelchair.

This is a well run Subway franchise. Angel and the rest of the staff are wonderful and friendly. I'm there every Thursday to get a sub for supper, and I'm always looking forward to it.
