I bought a used BMW at this dealer with Ali Abukweik. I can only say good things about the service I had with him. He answered all my picky questions about the car and even dropped it at a BMW dealership for a pre-purchase inspection I requested. He really made the process of buying an Ontario car that would be driven in Quebec easy. I strongly recommend him because he is a really good salesman.

All good with Surgenors, I have purchased 5 vehicles and always been satisfied. I was very happy with our salesman Ali Abu Kweik. We were never pressured and was able to try the vehicle without interference.

I will not be going back. I am a young female and was not taken seriously. I had a blown tire, paid to replace it and had a slow leak in the new tire for 6 months after. Bringing the vehicle back 6 times before demanding a manger get involved. I asked them to check the stem valve the very first visit and only on the 6th visit did they fix it. I was unable to make my events in different locations without pulling over to constantly put air in my tire or not able to go all together as the leak just got worse. I lost complete trust and faith in this dealership as they would speak in assumption instead of facts. There is a lack of communication amongst their service departments. One manager completely dismissed me all together. Manager Jason Dempsey was my last chance at hope and thankfully he came through for me. They are patient and kind and customer care seems great but after this, I won’t be back.

Haven't boughten a vehicle yet, as I'm still driving my very reliable 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. However, I have delt with the parts and service department a few times. Very pleasant to deal with, also very helpful in trying to find genuine parts for my older sedan. And, if you are in the market for a new or even used vehicle I recommend going to speak with Bruce Harling. He has helped me out a few times over the phone as I was searching for a early 2010s Impala a while back. Even though I never ended up buying the car on the used lot (due to some issues regarding the road worthiness) Bruce was still very helpful and promised to follow up if any future vehicles came through the lot that met my requirements.Highly recommend!

Don’t go a Sunday to look at the vehicles. Since when are you not allowed to go look at the vehicles on a Sunday? I’ve never been so insulted just taking a stroll to look at the trucks. Some idiot security guard that doesn’t know his colours told us over an intercom to leave the premises. I can go to any other dealership and walk around and look at vehicles with no problem. Too bad for them they lost a sale. I’ll never set foot there again. I’ll be sure to pass the word around.

I came to Surgenor with a small problem with my wheel and they were very helpful, professional, and respectful. They even cleaned my car before I left. Would recommend!

Absolute clown show. Service department does everything they can to get your money even if you only bring your car in for a scan so you can do the work yourself.

I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. The worse experience I have ever had at a garage. I'm very mechanically inclined. I do everything myself I just don't own a scanner. If they try to scam people like me they will definitely rob you! Sunday I dropped the car off in the drop box. Monday morning I have a conversation with the service guy. I tell him I would like to get the service airbag light cheeked out. Which is a pending recall. I guess GM doesn't consider air bags vital. Also the wipers were only working on high, and I would like for them to use the scanner and give me a code/part number so I could install the part myself.I was lied to several times over 3 days. For what should of been done in 2 hours. The service guy called me around 1 Monday afternoon. He said that they were waiting on parts for the air bag recall. A few hours later he tells me my alinement was way off on my front passenger camber. I agreed to the alignment. When I picked my Acadia up the camber had a 2.1 degree the same as it was. 140$ for nothing, I will post the before and after of the alignment below. He also said the part they were waiting on wasn't for the airbag and the scanner showed it wasn't the recall sensor. it was a airbag sensor under my seat, $1500 because it was 7 hours of labour just for the air bag sensor. Another $500 to fix the wipers. I said I will get the parts for both repairs and do it myself thanks. I went in Tuesday morning because the were not answering my calls. He says that they won't be finished until noon. So after many times trying to contact him Tuesday afternoon with zero response I wait until Wednesday around 11am with the family to pick up the 2015 Acadia. Then was told that they wouldn't be finished until Wednesday at 5pmI received a bill of $720 for a diagnostic scan and alignment. 3 hours of labour for diagnostic. "The tech guy diagnosed each problem one at a time"he said. I have seen the scanners used many times and know that it brings up all the codes at the same time. This takes 10 minutes, Not 3 hours. After talking to the manager Jason he takes one hour off that they charged me for scanning my check engine light. I told the service guy on Monday it is my Oxygen sensor and purge valve showing check engine and that I have the parts already ordered. Don't worry about that. They have 1 hour scan diagnostic for my wipers.1 hour scan the airbag. 1 hour for the check engine scan. They were trying to get me to pay 600$ in labour for what should have been a 100$ scan. Ridiculous and robbery! They said they had to charge 2 hours because the had to take the seat out and check airbag sensor. Ironically because I was told earlier, it would be 7 hours of labour to replace the sensor! The seat is attached with 2 bolts on the back and sensor is held in with one bolt and one clip.I ask jason the service manager today why my alignment on my front camber was still way out? He says they can't adjust the front camber on this car. Which was the reason they wanted me to get an alignment in the first place! I have never been so frustrated!Scammers 100%
