I thought about writing this review, but cant stop addressing how a strong foundation and a growing local business portrayed a terrible customer service. A simple case of convincing, explaining, de-escalating and sometime educating the customer turned out to be series of accusing, not listening and disappointing the customer.
I ordered a tv stand dating 30th August (as per the sales rep it was a petty amount of $250) and had a difficult time assembling it and had a total blocker due to a defective fitting, video was shared with the rep. I was in the process of moving so went to the store after 3 days to enquire about the next steps, I wasn't aware about the no return policy. it took sometime to analyse what should I do as a customer, as I lost trust on the product after spending hours to fix it. I have the product in the box and I am so hesitant to even go to the store thinking how will they treat me again for asking questions as a curious customer. So it was clear finally, return is not the option, I have to choose between an exchange, technical support or store credit. I realized the store in Ottawa, doesn't care what the customer values. The sales rep refused to answer my queries and refused to help with solution ,even after giving a phone being helpless, he also refused to offer the first solution he offered to exchange with another product or provide store credit. I would sell it whatever price I get or donate the product to someone needy but wont interact once again with the sales rep. I always believe in giving business to small and mid size business than huge enterprise(Ikea) thinking smaller businesses always go above and beyond to delight customers, but the sales rep there accused me of not knowing how to assemble the furniture. I liked the store, processes, simple customer journey but not the customer service and the specific product

My husband and I recently bought a few items for our home. Kassim (St-Laurent Blvd.), who was our Associate, went above and beyond from beginning to end. His product knowledge and helpful nature made the whole experience seamless. The furniture items were exactly what we were looking for, both design and price, and the delivery company was equally amazing.

Awful experience dealing with this company post purchase. Staff were very rude and hung up on me as I tried to resolve an issue with their defective product. Couch didn't even last a year before falling apart.

I received the best service from Ryan! I got two mattresses and a sofa, and I can't wait to try them out. The prices were really good! I will definitely be coming back if I need to buy more furniture. ☺️

Bought a whole house worth of furniture and everything was mixed up and missing some items. Manager offered free lamps, went back twice due to mix up. When I moved again against everything that went wrong I decided to buy another couch and ends tables and a bedroom set during that time I received one less end table and another one that did not match any of the sets. As to there mess up they told me I would have to pay another delivery charge which was absolutely ridiculous.
Just called now for a email copy of my receipt and the lady told me to call tomorrow when a manager is in. Very unorganized if you ask me. Gave them over 20,000 in sales just myself.

We went in looking for a reclining couch, and we were picking it up in under 15 minutes! I knew exactly which couch I wanted, and the sales person got us in and out in no time. They had lots to choose from, and the prices are very decent. We paid $1466 (after taxes) for a 7' reclining couch.

I was provided great service the day I came in to pick out my new matress and couch. The sales man was friendly and well knowlegable but not over bearing. He gave us space yet still remained close by if needed.
Had to go back the next day to pick up and once again service with a smile. I will deffinetly go back!
