This is one of my favourite home depots. They are usually well stocked. The staff are helpful, especially Gary from Hardware. Top lad!

I had the best experience at this location. I went in to get a Garant shrub rake for spring clean up and I couldn’t find it - Michaela helped me out and went outside to the closed garden centre to get the rake for me, she was friendly and made my shopping experience.Thank you!! I will be back

Be very careful with this branch. I Bought cordless snowblower month and half ago that was advertised as 90 days return. When I went to return it, I was told it is 30 days return and was written on the invoice. They make you buy it and you assume you can return it for full refund before 90 days but in fact, it is 30 days. So don't fall for their lie. I was able to return it but with gift card...so it is a sale for them after all. Very Evil strategy.

I like using this home Depot but it's all cashierless now so they're trying to save money on their poor cashiers but they still keep upping their prices. It's good for there investors but not good for the public. I'm just going to go to Rona from now on due to this.

It's the best shop in ottawa area for your renovation needs. The difference is because of staff working there. Majority of them is v helpful and they are really there to make things easier.I prefer to go there than to their competitors, despite a bit longer drive.

I went there today to browse for materials for shelves, I went to the isle with the actual floating shelves and the man basically said he was training and kind of rushed me out but 1 gate was still open which he should have closed them both. Then proceeded to go to the wood to see shelving ideas there and not one worker asked if I needed help no one around either except for an actual customer who asked me if I needed help which I proceeded to thank him but I’m sure he had other plans so didn’t want to bother him. Walked up and down almost every isle and not 1 single employee asked if I needed help. Very disappointed with service and will think about bringing someone that knows what I actually need the next time if ever go back cause not much help there!!!

**Warning** Do not hire Home Depot for toilet or other product installations. They will not take care of property damage if the installation goes wrong!!!I hired the Home Depot to install a new toilet in November 2023. The home depot sub contracts toilet installs to another company (Quick Contractors). They sent a guy with no experience to install the toilet. The installer installed the toilet incorrectly and on an angle. The toilet leaked and caused thousands of damage to the floor and ceiling below.I have been given the run around from Home Depot and Quick Contractors to repair the damage. These two big companies decided to pass off all responsibility to the installers private insurance who has been ignoring my emails and calls. I have informed both companies there has been no progress or resolution in site. The contractors private insurance has claimed they have not accepted fault for the damage yet, even though it has been made clear the installer was at fault. A 2nd installer was sent out from Quick Contractors to reinstall the toilet and report back on what caused the damage. The 2nd installer clearly stated the leak was from improper installation and took pictures.Attached are photos of the toilet installed on an angle and the water leaking out of the base soaking a drop cloth. If you think hiring a big company like Home Depot will have your back with any warranty issues think again. My house is supposed to be on the market for sale but will be delayed until the repairs are final.
