I was in this location this morning, and was very startled by the manger screaming at the top of her lungs at an employee. Was completely inappropriate and very unprofessional. When I cashed out I asked the cashier who the lady was and she confirmed she was the manager. Older lady, who really needs to understand professionalism and how to be a manager, it’s not by screaming at your employees for putting kids ski pants next to woman’s ski pants. I hope this manager is called out for her actions, it a terrible reflection on the Salvation Army to allow this type of behaviour.

Some really great items at great prices but some really questionable items like used food jars for $2.99? Doesn't make any sense.

If you go there looking for video games or media, prepare to be sorely disappointed. There was a nice stack of PS3 video games today and all of the games were missing from the case. Lock your games up in the glass case. The Cyrville Value Village does it and every other thrift store should follow suit. There's too many shoplifters nowadays.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store yesterday! I was served by Roy and Ebrima, who were very patient with me, as I had a huge order. They packed everything neatly into large bags, and allowed me to use a cart to transport everything to my vehicle. After I had checked out, I spoke to manager Iolanda, who is honestly the kindest, most helpful manager I have ever encountered. I explained that I was purchasing new sweatshirts to put inside backpacks that I am donating to the homeless, and she went and found more that were in the back area, not yet on the floor! She also gave me a 20% off coupon to use, because I had already completed my purchase and had used my coupon on that. She also told me that she will let me know if other items come in that I am looking for to fill the backpacks for the homeless! I was absolutely blown away by the customer service that I received from all three of these employees yesterday! Thank you so much for everything! I will be back! ❤️??

Management team sucks. Regular customer who comes almost everyday is LGBTQ+ community member. when assistant manager knew he ran from him and never wanted to take him on cash as if he will eat him up. They still need a lot of education on how to treat everyone equally. They are very racist. When customer comes and ask them to price less management team wouldn’t but someone they like they will give them ($300 items to $40 ). All the prices are really high for the free stuff. When they get new items they are supposed to price them 3rd of the original price but they don’t. They price everything almost the same price as retail. Good stuff doesn’t make it through inside door to out.

Manager and assistant manager were very rude with workers and customer. Heard assistant manager yelling at a customer because he didn’t wanted to refund her which was charge my mistake and telling her to call the head office for that reason. Poor management.
