I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent worker than the one that assisted me on the phone NY eve.
I have a very high value package that fails to be delivered at any of the UPS stores because of storage issues, but I had to jump through MULTIPLE holes to get an answer.
Spent about 40mins on the phone with a general customer service worker who wasn’t listening to me (kept interrupting me, not answering my questions).
If the worker knew the answer, which is a simple one: oh we’re full that’s why we can’t hold it, I would not have gone through this major inconvenience.
This is not a first occurrence with this ups, now I’ll have to take time off work to sit on the porch and wait for this package so it doesn’t get stolen (especially since the value is literally written on it due to US customs)

Very slow service. Unimpressed. I was there to send a package and then when I got to the counter I was told to wait and then they started taking other customers without telling me why I was waiting. When another customer was helped I asked why I was waiting and was told to just wait some more. I demanded to know why I had to wait three more times until I was finally told that someone else needed to help me. Ridiculous customer service. I left after half an hour to take my business elsewhere.

I went to UPS to drop off Amazon return, and though it was busy due to holiday season, the staff was very attentive and efficient. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Amazing workers!!! Had to print photos and they helped us size and make sure the background colour was correct. Highly recommend them, they are all patient and very helpful. So happy with their service.
