Ryan provided outstanding customer service during my visit to the UPS Store. I saw him patiently assist a customer who had a language barrier, clearly explaining how to laminate his document and making sure he understood the process. He also helped another customer who needed her picture taken, listening carefully and retaking the photo until she was satisfied. When she was confused about the added taxes, Ryan took the time to explain how the taxes were calculated. Both customers left happy and confident. Ryan also quickly printed my shipping label and prepared my package for delivery. Professional, patient, and genuinely helpful—great customer service all around.

Passport service was amazing very knowledgeable and I used the WhatsApp text feature when I was out of country and very quick response.
Ahmed answered my questions and told me exactly what to wear for best Passport photo.

They took the package, took the payment, never delivered it, and never refunded the money despite promising to. I’ve been sending parcels with Canada Post for 25 years and never had an issue like this. If a company cannot fulfill its obligations, taking payment amounts to scam.

Good quality for the fast turnaround for prints! Helpful for any possible mistakes I’ve made on my end ordering online. The guy working the print department really cares about them looking right! My brother picked them up for me and said you were friendly as well. ^_^
