Chronic problem of taking orders than making people wait till they've made several orders before they hand anything out. First person in line can wait as long as fifth person sometimes. Was first person in line and ordered one coffee and waited for the next four peoples coffee to be made before anyone handed out anything. This happens every day.

Im not sure who thought of this layout, but it's absolutely ridiculous. The parking is very tight if you have a big truck, and the drive-thru is just awful !!!! I DO NOT recommend this place !!!!

The service at Montreal Square is dependent on who is taking your order. Last week I got a snarky server who seemed pissed she had to be filling in for the regular person at main cash. Very short with both I and customer next to me we had complained the coffee tasted bitter, not fresh. Then my bran muffin came late so I couldn’t eat it with coffee and on top of it all it was frozen still, so very cold. We had to chase down to get the muffin order. Yesterday soup was ordered for one person and coffee and muffin same thing happened the coffee and muffin were not given at same time by same person. Wth?? All these orders were done on their phone app. Why is it no one is coordinating orders properly to see the customer has their complete order boom like drive through or in person at main counter. It was complete chaos there behind your counter both times in the last two weeks. I know your busy but are you short staffed or is everyone expected to fill customer phone ap orders. There doesn’t seem to be a designated person for phone orders ? And its very frustrating. We had to chase down someone anyone to get the bran muffin once again and by then coffee was drunk and soup eaten . At McDonalds there is a separate entrance and its own staff for phone orders. I suppose the solution is to stand in line at main cash in person and she fills the whole order???

This is by far the best location I’ve been to. It has great, quick service, and there is always no problems with the food, and is generally clean, and welcoming. I do notice that the donut options are slowly starting to minimize, but other than that it’s great. The coffee is also amazing, the best coffee I’ve had from a Tim Hortons. I highly recommend this location.

Hard to distinguish one Tim's from another ... same menu, same atmosphere but in this one, the service was great. After having coffee, I left my shoulder bag behind. We were 26kms away when I called about it. They had it stashed away in the kitchen for me. I got there, picked it up and carried on with my day. Everything was in the bag with the exception of about $150 which I assume was taken by the customer who turned it in. All-in-all a good outcome.

The staff are very nice and they always know exaxtly what my order is everytime. They are just very caring the staff about everyone and are able to listen to your complaints and sort it out as soon as possible. Some of the customers are very nice so that's why I always come back everytime. I wish I knew the name of all the staff who are awesome with me. I know Mark is awesome and ahmad I think I am probably spelling her name wrong.

This place is a 24/7 restaurant, and they can't deliver late by using door dash or skip the dishes or even Uber eats. I find that kind of unfortunate for the people who can't drive but want a late night snack or even a coffee but can't make it to tim hortons like

I arrived around 9 pm at Tim Hortons Orléans Boulevard. Jasmeet, who works there, already knew what I wanted in my coffee ☕️. I bought a Honey Crugel donut. They are so light and delicious in taste ?. It is quiet ? after 9 pm and a great place to be when you want to be in a peaceful environment ?.Parking: There are 2 Handicapped ♿️ spaces available right at the front door of Tim's.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an easy accessible ramp.
