“Was visiting my brother in Ottawa this weekend and he insisted we stop into Ottawa Cigar Emporium — so glad we did. My brother knows his cigars well, so it takes a knowledgeable shop to impress him, and the owner absolutely delivered. He clearly lives and breathes this stuff — walked us through the selection with real depth and passion, made great recommendations, and the conversation was half the fun. Incredible atmosphere, fantastic selection. Exactly the kind of hidden gem you hope to stumble onto. Will be back every time I'm in Ottawa.”

“Great experience at Mr. Smoke! They have a really impressive selection, including some beautiful hookahs and lots of accessories. Hassan was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and gave excellent service without making us feel rushed. Definitely a great spot with a lot to choose from. Highly recommend!”

“A very large, but cramped, selection. I don't know much about cigars but the owner helped me out a bit in choosing some good ones for a gift. Also, I think the majority of these negative reviews of this place should be ignored. You gotta consider the fact that it's this old fella running the whole thing in some sketch part of town. As long as you show some decency, I think you'll be fine, cause I had no issues with the guy for it being my first few times ever shopping there with little to no knowledge of cigars and all.”
