The owners and pharmacists are wonderful! I am so happy to have them as pharmacists, they are informative and answer any questions about prescriptions. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new pharmacy. They are always so nice and kind to their community.

The level of care and compassion at this pharmacy is unsurpassed. When they didn’t stock a *rare* medication that I needed, they called all around town to find a pharmacy that had it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love having this pharmacy in the neighborhood: great to not have to drive to pick up pills or get seasonal shots. The pharmacists are also very nice and friendly.

I recently moved all of my business from Shoppers Drug Mart to this pharmacy because the service at the Shoppers was so rude. I also wanted to support a smaller family organization. So happy I did! Everyone with whom I've dealt at Trinity RX pharmacy has been wonderful, helpful, professional and courteous. A far cry from my experience at my previous pharmacy! Highly recommend this place.

This pharmacy reminds me of pharmacies on television and movies, based in small towns where they know your name and know exactly what you need when you walk through the door. If that experience wasn't nice enough, they now deliver to your door!
The team here is tight knit and take care of their clients as if they were family. They've provided solutions to a myriad of potential issues and helped me navigate through some rough waters.
No matter where I end up living in the city, I'll be part of the Trinity Rx Family and choose to do business with them.
Oh! And it helps that they know the heck out of medicine.

I called to find out if they were doing COVID booster shots which they weren't. A couple minutes later, I got a call back from the pharmacist who informed me that the Kilborn location had some vials left (expiring in a few days). This seemingly small action made a big impact. Since the demand for boosters is low at the moment, they're difficult to come by. The staff went above and beyond! Considering their benevolent phone service, I have no doubt in-store customer experience is also of high quality!

The staff is wonderful. They know me and make me feel welcome and appreciated. I feel valued and cared about. They will order specific OTC items if you request, and keep them in stock upon request, even if you are the only customer that purchases that particular item. Additionally their prices are great for most items. Many are lower priced then at a large chain pharmacy. Specifically the Refresh eyedrops and store brand pseudoephedrine.
