“The experience of buying a car from Nate was very straight-forward and painless. We replaced a vehicle that was damaged in a collision. We did not look into or use their financing, so I can't speak to that. After taking the car, there have been a couple of issues, that are being investigated and they told us they would take care of them. Nothing serious, expected issues in older vehicles. The repairs are currently outstanding, but promised; assuming the problems are fixed without issue, then I would definitely recommend them. Nate was courteous and helpful, and Greg was efficient with processing payment and paperwork. Once the repairs are complete I will update the review appropriately.”

We had seen and driven by it - not thinking much.Found a car we wanted at a great price. I live 3 hours away so this purchase was all done over phone and email. Despite the dynamics distance added, the sale was made easy by Joe's excellent customer service.
Joe explained how they do distance sales, which made viewing the car simple. I was sent pictures and a video. I was made aware of the minor aesthetic issues such as scratches and stone chips, all to be expected on an 8 year old car.
I changed my mind about payment a few times (finance vs cash purchase, gap insurance, extended warranty etc) Joe was patient with my indecision and sent me a breakdown off the costs of the different options.
When I went to pick up the car there were no surprises about the condition of the car, everything was as stated. Joe had everything ready, I was driving away in under 10 min.
This will be the first place I look to see if they have my desired car in the future.

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I am learning they really do go a long way.Little bit short but personal story. My husband of 14 years had a brain injury a year ago changing our lives drastically. We have four children and our car by all means is literally my go to for the kids for my husband for groceries etc we all know how it is.A good friend of mine got in contact with will and George and mr abu and she had my car brought in to be looked at. It was in need of major repairs I’m sorry for the lengthy review but such a awesome job ands kind act really should never go unnoticed.After my car was fixed and very promptly I must add they took it upon themselves to fix the dent in my door and when I went to pay he said he had heard of my story and how I was in a rut and gave me no labor charges!
