“I had a difficult experience purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. When I told Eddie my situation, he went above and beyond to help me through it. He took the time to go through all the paperwork I had signed, explain my rights and options, and help me negotiate a better deal (and save a lot of money!). He also reviewed the warranty I had been sold and explained exactly what I was getting for the price. He was honest about how limited the coverage was and advised me to have it removed, then offered me a much better warranty option through his dealership with the best coverage I’ve ever seen! Eddie and his team were very genuine throughout the whole process.

“I had an excellent experience with this shop. They are incredibly professional, honest, and responsible.
I brought my 2017 BMW X5 back because it developed a noise when accelerating after they had previously replaced the front control arms. After a thorough inspection, they found that the control arms from the manufacturer had a quality issue. Without any hassle, they upgraded both control arms to a better version and replaced them completely free of charge under warranty.
On top of that, they performed a full inspection of my vehicle to make sure everything else was in good condition. Their knowledge and experience with BMWs really gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

“The little place is a little gem, even though it might seem so in the first place 😅 Traded in my accord for a new BMW convertible. The price was great, the process was super smooth even though we were from Quebec and my car was an American model. Mubariz was super helpful and professional. Came on Thursday, left with the new car on Friday! The financing was not smooth but it was due to the bank releasing the funds, not Car Connect. Overall, you cant go wrong!”

Everything went great, but if I could leave one small suggestion to make the delivery experience 10/10 perfect: it would be awesome if they added a celebratory touch when handing over the keys—like placing a giant ribbon on the hood, a bouquet, or a red cloth over the car. For many people, buying a car (especially their very first one!) is a major milestone, and having that extra festive gesture makes for an unforgettable memory.
