I went to the Strandherd Value Village and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Two of four customers at the self serve cash were people of colour and the others were white. The worker Nancy had atrocious behaviour and was clearly racist by the way she hovered and monitored only the purchases of the shoppers who were minorities. She also gave completely unnecessary comments about how they scanned their products, such as their being « unorganized ». She stood close and watched until their methods of purchase were completed. The white customers did not experience this same behaviour and were left completely unsupervised at the register, going to show that Nancy’s motivations were rooted in the customers’ skin colours. This behaviour is unacceptable, and as an onlooker, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and rightfully outraged. Please HR, educate employees so nothing like this happens in the future.

Prices all over the place. Just a bad experience.
Donate and shop elsewhere

Very tidy and organized.

I've noticed that price is going overboard. You can still find decent stuff if you look for them.

I hope they shut them all down everything is given for free then they sell it at a ridiculous price over pricing on everything in there store the only way to put an end to value village is for everyone to stop going there period all thrifts stores are the same I stopped going 6 years ago and will never step inside a value village ever.
