Many thanks to the pharmacist. As soon as I told my symptoms he immediately figured what the reason could be and suggested the right medication. Even doctor in emergency couldn’t resolve my issue. It is now resolved. Thank you so much.

Needed medication transferred from Cornwall and refilled. They took all my information in person and promised to have it next day. They lost my file or didn't file it. Now I have to go 3 days without important medication. Walmart may be good for cheap food and household goods, but not worth risking medication screw ups. Also all the 5 star reviews for this place are from fake accounts with no older reviews... Sad

The pharmacy staffs are very helpful and they take care of their patient’s health. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and caring.

I was asking for the availability of an over the counter medication and was interrupted throughout the entire experience, treated with hostility and vagueness about the availability of the product or ability to help me even order the product. I was told neither yes or no and then rudely asked for my contact information.

Excellent customer service from the folks at this pharmacy. They make me feel supported in my medical requirements and are an integral part of my health care team. They also treat me with patience and compassion. I am incredibly happy with the service here.

I was a victim of profiling at this particular Walmart store. I stopped into this store on friday to do groceries with my family. While they were off getting their things i stopped by the sports cards and toy section to look at basketball cards. On my way there i noticed a lady walking out of the toy section and i didn't really think anything of it but i could see from the corner of my eye that she noticed me and was subtly looking at me as i walked by. I then go to the sports cards section and spend some time there looking at basketball cards. I then notice this same lady on the opposite side aisle directly in front of me peeking at me from behind the shelves. I just brushed it off to her being a customer looking at products right in front of me from the other aisle. I finish my business pick up one pack of basketball cards from the area and head off to meet my family. As i walk with them i discuss with my sister whether or not to get the cards because they were pretty expensive we then decide against and i put them on a nearby shelf. It almost falls off the shelf due their being containers of things already on them so i threw them into one of containers instead. We then continue on with our shopping. As we stopped by the electrical hardware dept i feel a repeating tap on my arm as im looking at something. I see that same women again but im confused as to what she wants. She says to me "why did you hide this?" I tell her i didn't hide anything i just put it back and she says why do YOU(people) do this, people can't buy things if you hide them. I take it as her saying why do people who hide things do these kinds of things. I tell her I really wasn't trying to hide anything and i was just in a hurry and threw it in the most immediate place i could find. She tells me she's store security and was following me from behind and saw me put this inside a container of shower curtains. I say to her why were you following me and she doesn't answer so I tell her again i really didn't mean to hide anything and just threw them into the safest place i could find. She looks at me pauses and says i want you to leave my store. I was left in disbelief. She wanted to kick me out because i put something back. i didn't purposely try to hide anything i just put something back. Yes maybe i should have put them back where they belonged instead of a random shelf but did it warrant me getting kicked out of a store because of that?? No. Maybe a warning instead? I tell her theres no law against putting things back where they don't belong and she was being a little excessive in asking me to leave. She then says oh you want to see the law and she takes off to get her printout of procedures and policies(my family told me she came back with a printout booklet after I left) so I follow because i didn't do anything wrong so I'm not afraid to stand my ground. All of this is going on as people nearby are watching and my family is telling me just leave as she is not going to listen. I try following her to wherever she went off to because she kind of just left without telling me anything and I wait for her to return but my family tells me to just go its not worth it. I just wanted to explain my side of the story but i decided forget it i didn't want to make a bigger of scene so I left the store while my family checked out. I'm still in disbelief as to why she reacted the way she did but i think i understand why. I remembered she was putting a number of sports and trading cards back to their respective place as i left so maybe that's why she was upset at me for not putting the cards back. Still it doesn't give you the right to take your frustrations out on a customer for something another person did. Although She was already watching me as i first arrived in the toy section. So I'm not really sure if its that or if she already had a problem with me to begin. Needless to say i will never return to this location again as the way she treated me made feel like i did something

Worst customer service experience ever. I will not be going back to this specific Walmart until I die. I had experienced racism in this store multiple times. Two worst memorable experience I had, Later today at 8:30 pm (January 4, 2022) , we were returning a comforter set I bought on December 29, 2021. I opened the comforter but didn't end up using because I saw the materials and it's not the one I wanted because it ruins easily once you put it in the washer. I hadn't had time to return quickly because of the holidays and my work. We tried to return it and the staff at the customer service called her manager to make sure they can accept the set since it's been opened. The manager came to us and wasn't nice at the beginning. She came to me and my mom with no social distancing and just opened the set she kept holding and rubbing her hands to feel if it has been used. (It's easy to tell apart an item that is used by it's colour, smell and touch) She doesn't want to believe us. Then, end up telling the staff that it's her call (whether or not they'll refund us the item). The staff told us she can't accept the refund since it's been opened just safety measure because of pandemic. My mom then questioned that if it's because of pandemic and it's been opened what's the point of calling a manger down and her opening and touching the items if they already know they're not giving us the refund. The manager even told us " why are you not washing items that you buy?!" Like seriously.. it's very simple that if you already know you're not giving the refund at the get go then no need to open and make a big deal out of it even calling the manager.. we would understand if it was explained nicely. The manager doesn't even want to give her name to us. If pandemic is the reason why the need to touch the comforter and pillows and come really close to us without maintaining social distance. 2 weeks ago my mom and I bought some stuffs using the self checkout. A lady staff member came up to us and watched us closely as we scan our items. We barely had much, while my mom was scanning her stuff she was counting along loudly. Which I find very offensive since she wasn't watching all the other customers scanning items. She had her eyes on us. She even counted wrong. My mom had 4 items and she counted 3. After my mom, I scanned mine. There was an African- American guy behind me still scanning his items and she went up to him asking if he had already scanned the items inside his cart. Clearly he's not done scanning all his items and what's the point of asking that. I would think it's okay to ask that if he's done scanning or if she saw him put an item inside the plastic bag without scanning but she just walked up to him asking if he scanned his items. We went to the washroom and when we came back we saw her again eyeing an Asian family as they scan their items. Overall, I highly do not recommend going in to this Walmart. I believe that the staffs need more training when it comes to costumer service and racism.

This is an absolutely terrible store. For many reasons. I used to visit on Sunday evenings but was put off by the smell of spoiled produce immediately inside the front door. Concurrently, there was signage advising us the store had won a award. I've been unable to locate items I need and the staff are passively hostile. On my last visit I had to flag down a young man wearing a yellow vest after I was unable to locate a printer cartridge I needed. He quickly checked through the display and advised me it wasn't there. Then he suggested I return about eight hours later as stock would be replenished. This happened early in the morning. I thought about asking him to check in the back but his attitude was so cavalier I didn't want the further frustration. I've not returned.

They lose faxes, they don't call you if they don't have meds in stock and they are very disorganized.

I went to the Walmart on Baseline today. I just got back. The service there is not very well organized. They were letting in too many people at a time and I had to keep avoiding people as best I could. I wish they would do the same for me and keep their distance. because alot of people still aren't getting the message about this pandemic. The people in Ottawa are so typically rude, and that is to be expected from this God- forsaken city. The management of Walmart needs to do a better job of the social distancing. The checkout and self-checkout are very slow also.
