The absolute worst.
I ordered an item from this store, just 5 things to put in a bag. This unfortunate drivers car broke down and he was unable to get my items (not his fault). He called the store to cancel the order so a new driver would do it.
NOT ONLY HAVE THEY NOT DONE IT (should not take 2 hours for a 20-minute drive), but they also would not pick up the phone when I was waiting on the phone for 30 minutes.

Your staff that do online orders for delivery need to learn a thing or two.
A damaged can should NOT be the can you pick to send to someone. Unxceptable. This is not the first time I've received cans like this.

Very nice staff. I find everything i need in this Walmart. Clean. Wheelchair accessible. All free parking and i love this area… Trainyards. This is my favourite Walmart location ! 💗

Hands down the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Went Christmas shopping with my sister, she has a broken leg and all three electric carts were dead. Just sitting there like museum pieces.
Employees kept cutting in front of us with zero “excuse me.”
Self-checkout was the final straw. My bill was around $1,000, and the machine stopped every few items to make sure I wasn’t stealing. The machine prompts an associate to come scan their badge and watch a replay of me scanning my items from above. Then the associate was basically watching over my shoulder like I was filming a tutorial.
Then they told me to pay the $800 already scanned before finishing the rest. Since when does Walmart do layaway at the self-checkout?
At that point I was like… if you’re going to hover, just scan and bag it for me!

Terrible location. Terrible layout. Terrible customer service. Truely one of the worst walmarts in ottawa. Bathrooms are always disgusting, produce doesnt last and the re-arrange of the store is terrible.

Great Drive service! The app is easy to use and very smooth. Once you arrive to pick up your groceries, everything runs efficiently and the wait time is short. The staff are very friendly and professional — thank you for the excellent service! It’s my favorite Drive, I do all my shopping there. Highly recommended!

I was impressed at how Walmart took my call and took this situation seriously.
I’m also loving the improvements to the store and will come to shop here more often.
I witnessed a serious safety incident at this Walmart today, Oct 23/25 at 10am. An employee pointed a price-checker device with the lcd laser lights flashing directly at a baby in a shopping cart for several seconds in the hair aisle.
The bright flashing light was so intense that even from 25 feet away, I experienced spots in my vision and a headache. Even now 1.5 hours later I still have a headache and spots in my vision.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and could have caused harm, especially to the child’s eyes.
I reported the incident to the manager, but there was no apology. She just said she will speak to the employee.
I hope Walmart addresses this immediately, trains staff properly, and ensures the safety of all customers, especially children.
To all parents with small children the abuser is a small very old tiny male with dark (dyed) black hair. Don’t leave your children unattended!

I can tell that a man redesigned the placement of everything in this Walmart recently, because the feminine products are now right near the front door, where there is the least amount of privacy.

Absolutely worst experience with cashiers. Told me to go to self checkout while there was no line up at cashier, then self checkout attend cancelled my transaction because he didn’t know how to navigate the system and barely spoke English or French.
I couldn’t find any manager to complain. They need to train employees better

I think when someone go beyond kindness, I think that old Pharmacist AND assistant (sorry if I says old) they both DESERVE RECOGNITION FOR there JOB. They both help us and That Pharmacist took a fews minute to Help us,He knew exactly what I was asking / talking about. He really takes his Job at heart. So I will never says Thank You enough, THANK YOU Sr. I'm super grateful for him to take a fews minute to get what we needed, I haven't slept in 2 days and spend the whole day at CHEO with my daughter and He kindly Help even if he was so much busy that night. Of the 23Sept. He even came to show us where it was. He even was friendly with my kids asking what they want to be when they grow up,One says a Dr. The other one a Artist. BEST SERVICE EVER AND WILL GO BACK.AND THAT LADY assistant HELPING HIM, WAS SMILEY AND KIND AND UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL AS WELL, THANK YOU.God bless!
