Went to this location which I usually love. The stock was okay on my most recent visit however, one thing I will mention is when I was checking out the cashier was scanning my one item when she gets absolutely yelled at by who I think is the manager??? She had short hair and was screaming all because the cashier I was with accidentally forgot to remove one of those tags that rings when you exit from the person before me. I’m not sure who thinks it’s okay to yell at any employee especially infront of everyone.... my friend (who was at another register all the way far) even mentioned it on our way out. Whoever that was idk if you were having a bad day but to SCREAM at a employee is never ok.

I am a frequent shopper at this location and have had multiple bad interactions with a staff member (presumably some sort of management) with short white hair and a name started with an I (Isabella? something like that). The store has great deals, but I always get thrown off by the attitude or the following me around the store as if I am a criminal.

We came to this Winners store to buy a backpack and sling bag; and when we just finished at the cashier, a super rude staff lady (with white hair and a disposable mask) came up to us and was like "You can't bring the cart out of the store," in such a rude way. Like we didn't know that. Then, she kept eyeing us and watched us like a hawk while we took our stuff out of our shopping cart and put on our coats. Then we asked "So do you want us to return the cart?" And she said "I'll take the cart," in the rudest way ever. When we left, she didn't even say anything. That staff member was so rude! It's black history month, so show some respect.
