Great selection of quality shoes. You will not see this quality in run of the mill shoe stores. Service was excellent, helpful and not at all pushy. There is a huge selection of shoes that are unique and well made. I bought 2 pairs of Volks Walkers and they told me there was a year warranty. If something breaks etc within the year, and they cannot repair it, they will give you another pair or if not available a store credit. Now that is service and a company that stands behind their products!

Couldn't find proper comfortable winter boots in the mall. There are so many varieties to pick from and sales going! Must check out the shop and support local family owned business! Thank you to Zara for the great custom service! That's rare to find these days.

My wife, who is very particular about her footwear, has purchased a few pair from them. Their service is impeccable, she came back very happy. Her latest purchase they hand delivered because of a wedding we have to travel to the next day. I have not shopped there for myself yet, but will now.
I come from a family that sells work shoes and they go to the individual work sites to service and sell, so seeing this happen from a retail store is amazing.
P.S, the shoes are quality made as well.

This store has one of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced in Ottawa. The shoes are extremely comfortable and the staff is amazing, so helpful and dedicated to helping others. Highly recommended.
