I wanted to share an experience I had.
I am a visitor in this city and came to this Zara location to buy children’s clothes as a gift.
When I spoke to the cashier named Melika, I explained that it was a gift and I didn’t have time for gift wrapping.
She kindly suggested bringing me a box that is usually used for online orders.
It was the first time I had such an experience at Zara.
I really appreciate her taking the time to help me, especially since the store was extremely busy.

Don’t shop from this Zara , they don’t follow the return policy , purchased smth as a holiday gift and as most stores the return it’s until end of January . This Zara don’t follow it . Rude customer services and awful managers . RUN

I spent $325 at the store today and never received my text message receipt. ?? What a stupid system . What if the clerk entered it wrong!! When you call Zara there is NO ONE to speak to but it sure gives you a reminder that you need the original receipt for any returns! I'll be going back anyway as I do need to return one of the two jackets I bought! I better not get a hard time.

I would like to mention how amazing ususally my shopping experience is at this location but today a girl named Hannah served me.. she was absolutely rude and not professional at all. As I was purchasing I tried to avoid her being my cashier because I've seen how she walks around the store some times in the past when I'm shopping. She is lazy and mean. Today she questioned me for certain things and it was not polite or any of her business. She was basically telling me how to pay and that I didn't need to have a printed copy receipt. I explained everyone has a certain way they like to shop but she kept going on and on trying to make a point to me. Even when I asked for her name she asked me why? I said well I don't appreciate how you've been speaking to me. And she said oh ya how am I speaking with you? I just walked away after paying saying it's okay to her. I think the store manager need to sit her down or let her go immediately!

Extremely upset with the manager and security.
Today, August 6 2025 I was stopped at the store door with my family. Lots of people were looking at us. Security asked to check my bags and receipt, no issue. They checked all items and said that one fragrance had a different bar code and asked me if I paid for it. Yes, they asked that.
The manager came and asked if the cashier had typed the code by hand. I explained that I was not supervising her job (right???).
The security asked to see the receipt again and grabbed my phone. I asked the manager if the security was allowed to touch/grab my phone. The manager asked him to return it.
They scanned the item again, and again and again.
I got very upset and said that the situation was unbelievable messed up. Like about 15 min they were convinced that I did not stole anything and said all was good.
Please do better Zara. Train better your employees.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience with the manager here.The manager, Zubair, came across as dismissive and unapproachable. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they responded with unnecessary attitude and a clear lack of respect.
Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, they were condescending and made it obvious they had no interest in providing basic customer service. It’s disappointing when someone in a leadership role lacks the maturity and professionalism expected from their position.
I hope management seriously reconsiders who they put in charge—this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

Great In-Store Deals at Zara – Bayshore Mall!
Had a fantastic shopping experience at the Zara store in Bayshore Mall! Almost everything was on sale—50%, 60%, even 70% off! I definitely recommend shopping in-store rather than online. I noticed that items online go out of stock really quickly, but in-store I was able to find exactly what I wanted, and at a much better price. The selection was great, and the deals were unbeatable. Very happy with my shopping yesterday—worth the visit!

I had a very disappointing experience at Zara last week . One of the employees, I believe her name was malikah, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was yelling her at another staff member and she was just telling her there’s a big line in the other cash but she was being extremely rude when the other employee was saying it to her in a nice way (she was wearing a scarf on her head I believe)right in front of me— it was honestly very uncomfortable to witness. Then, when she went to the register, she started aggressively typing on the keyboard, clearly frustrated and full of attitude just because she had to be on cash. The energy was tense and honestly, it made me want to leave. Definitely not the kind of service I expect when shopping at Zara.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Zara Bayshore. I returned nearly $700 worth of clothing that I had purchased online using my Visa credit card. During the return, the customer service rep touched my phone to bring up the receipt and then proceeded to select “gift e-receipt,” processing the refund to a Zara gift card—without my consent.
She then told me the refund was “irreversible” and that there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. Zara’s own return policy clearly states that online purchases returned in-store should be refunded to the original method of payment. Instead, I was forced into accepting store credit I never asked for.
I’ve contacted Zara customer service multiple times via email and Instagram, and have received no response. No refund. No apology. Nothing.
This feels like Zara is just keeping my money and calling it a policy error. If you’re returning anything at this location, be extremely careful—because if they make a mistake, they won’t take responsibility for it. Terrible experience.

The managers are the problem. The woman’s manger FERYN is such a displeasing person to talk to So disorganized. Always talking amongst themselves while the poor cashier has 20 customers in line. Fix the management then you’ll get better reviews and more people will shop here.
