Just received very quickly my new 1.5" black 3-piece Western belt (ordered via a relative). One word: Amazing!! So happy with this high-quality belt that I'm already trying to figure out which other colour to get next in the same style (tan or distressed brown)! 10 out of 5 stars if possible. Few months ago, I bought one of the full grain leather belts here, belt came with some critical defects (the buckle was broken and the belt itself was with defected geometry) after that I sent a message to customer support and they just sent me a a full new belt!!! Defects are happening sometimes it’s ok and support dealt great with it! 10/10

Edit: The store was amazing and the staff member was nice and helpful. The prices are great and there is a huge selection of products. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s into leather working and is in Ottawa.
