“On a Saturday in early January were 30 minutes into a 26 hour drive when a tire on our 5th wheel blew. Upon inspection, we realized that it was also a broken spring. We called Mary McArthur, who arranged to have the tire and spring replaced temporarily until the shop would open on Monday. Jeff Armstrong accompanied us to their Hanover location in a snowstorm late Saturday evening and allowed us to plug in over 2 nights so we could camp in their parking lot until the mechanics arrived Monday. They expedited our service and we were on the road by noon Monday with 4 brand new tires and beefed up new springs. I can’t say enough about the amazing personal service we received, and highly recommend McArthur Tire!!!”
“We had car trouble trying to drive home a fair distance away with a seized caliper. We left Sound Auto Care a message and Dezmond called first thing the next day and was able to get us in. They fixed our back brakes/calipers and serviced our front brakes as well. We were so impressed with their service, attention to detail, and ability to accommodate on such short notice as we also hear that mechanics are often booked up in this area. As well, prices were reasonable with consideration for high quality and safety. We were so happy that my husband and I would consider getting our vehicle serviced again at Sound Auto Care when we visit the area. Highly recommend!!”

We loved the customer experiences that were provided by Kelly (sales) Jennifer (financing), and Jacob (parts). Anytime we spoke or had questions, it felt like we were the only customer they had at that time. We always had their complete attention.Kelly went above and beyond to make himself available for follow-up questions and concerns with our purchase. We have not experienced that type of open communication in purchasing a vehicle before, it was great. We are (unfortunately for Kelly) very detail oriented and fussy customers. However, we never once felt he was frustrated or annoyed with us. We work hard for our money and we want to spend it properly. We truly feel he helped us achieve that, A+.Jennifer was patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about our the financing. We are very particular fiscally and she was able to satisfy each concern we had quickly. To top it all off she even got us a better interest rate without us asking. When we came to obstacles with customization completion he was quick to suggest solutions.As a final touch on a Saturday pickup - the manager Corey Feenstra had a meet and greet with us to ensure all went well. Got the CV joint of my FJ Cruiser replaced here. “While I was in London visiting my friend in the hospital some IDIOT;) cut me off to get into the left turning lane when she was In the lane to go straight, she left me ZERO time to react which led to me fully hitting her like I was a bumper car going for a very unpleasant joyride, now her car was completely totaled after her own stupidity got the best of her however my truck had minor damage surprisingly but I’m not complaining. My truck was brought to these guys and I’m very impressed from how polite they were, to how easy they were to communicate and message with any questions I had as this was my first not at fault accident. They did a remarkable job getting in the parts that fast and getting them painted correctly and professionally. Was not happy with this incident, but left being a happy customer with my new bumper looking this good
