“I have always purchased tires here at the Owen Sound store, due to the wonderful attention received and very competitive pricing. And this latest experience on Jan 3 was no exception. One of my tires had a slow leak, and required me to check it and top it up with air several times at home. Upon arriving at the store without an appointment as it was low, they took me right in after a short wait, and put the tire through all the usual steps. Found it was only the value stem that was defective, and no need to replace the tire, thank goodness for their integrity. When it came time to pay, they had searched my file and found I had purchased a road hazard warranty with the set of tires back in April 2018. This warranty hasn’t been available for many years, but I still had the great tires from that period. I walked away with no labour charge, which was 45 minutes, as they ground off corrosion and resealed the rim at the same time. Great for reliability. The part cost $5.31. I had forgotten about the warranty, and they were honest in researching this, and actually passing it on, forgoing likely $50 for their own till. I will without hesitation, purchase my next tires from them again. Steve the Manager and Greig were exceptional, even doing so with a smile. Nice to see true customer service is still out there. “We had an amazing experience at your dealership.All of your dealerships staff was extremely polite and helpful when ever we were there. It was clean and comfortable, simple things like clean washrooms and free coffee are nice touches. We loved the customer experiences that were provided by Kelly (sales) Jennifer (financing), and Jacob (parts). Anytime we spoke or had questions, it felt like we were the only customer they had at that time. We always had their complete attention.Kelly went above and beyond to make himself available for follow-up questions and concerns with our purchase.
