“I’m impressed with the amazing work Randy ‘Bing’ Bowie and his team did to fix my car. From the minute I walked into the door to get my damage estimated, to the minute I walked out with my car fixed, it has truly been an amazing experience. My car got fixed very quickly. They also washed my exterior and interior of my car. I am truly grateful for the work everyone put into it. Parts arrived very quickly. Thank you to the whole team who worked on my car, thank you to Jacky for being so communicative and kind throughout this whole process, And a special thank you to Randy for making this whole process quick and smooth sailing. I 10/10 recommend this service center!”

“Me and my girlfriend got stuck on the side of the road 800km away from home in collingwoods and no one around had an alternator for suzuki sx4.

APC auto parts centres had one in stock very very good price without core, luckily we had the tools with us to change it on the spot and gentleman named Bryce took care of us from start to the end and we continued our road trip safe and happy !

Thank you so much Bryce”

“After having my first car accident, I was anxious and stressed. 20 years of driving and never having to have used my insurance before. Fisher and De Boer made the experience softer and they were patient with my questions. The work was done when they said it should be. So thankful I brought my car to them. Have had it back for almost a week and she’s driving super well! Thanks so much Fisher and Dr Boer!!!”

“We had an amazing experience at your dealership. All of your dealerships staff was extremely polite and helpful when ever we were there. It was clean and comfortable, simple things like clean washrooms and free coffee are nice touches. We loved the customer experiences that were provided by Kelly (sales) Jennifer (financing), and Jacob (parts). Anytime we spoke or had questions, it felt like we were the only customer they had at that time. We always had their complete attention.Kelly went above and beyond to make himself available for follow-up questions and concerns with our purchase. We have not experienced that type of open communication in purchasing a vehicle before, it was great. We are (unfortunately for Kelly) very detail oriented and fussy customers. However, we never once felt he was frustrated or annoyed with us. We work hard for our money and we want to spend it properly. We truly feel he helped us achieve that, A+.Jennifer was patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about our the financing. We are very particular fiscally and she was able to satisfy each concern we had quickly. To top it all off she even got us a better interest rate without us asking. That truly shows she had our interests on her mind.Jacob was great to work with. When we came to obstacles with customization completion he was quick to suggest solutions. As a final touch on a Saturday pickup - the manager Corey Feenstra had a meet and greet with us to ensure all went well. A great experience and we will make another purchase in the future.”

“John in service just shattered the myth that going to the dealer is more expensive than a jobber. I doubt any local garage could have installed two OEM control arm assemblies (the arm + bushing + ball joint) and fixed an exhaust bracket for $1500 before tax. Trust me. I shopped around. Firstly, there are no control arm assemblies available aftermarket. You can get the bushings and the ball joints but not the OEM assembly.
So your jobber would either be buying these same OEM assemblies from Kia ( and then marking them up of course), OR they would buy the bushings and ball joints and have to remove the old bushings and press the new ones into the old arm - lots of shop time to do that. And potential for the arm to be bent or the bushing installed incorrectly - seriously affecting your alignment. Buying the assembly guarantees the arm is true and strong because it’s all new.
I basically paid $500 for each assembly and then $500 for the install of both - so yeah - I’m a happy camper. Major front end work for $1500? These days? Seriously? Thanks John and the mechanics at Owen Sound Kia!”

“Although I have shopped at the other auto supplier in the area, they constantly have my parts wrong. First time I have used Bumper to Bumper they had the right part for me at a much lesser price than the competition suppliers including the dealership that I use.
They have my business from here on in.”

“I'm helping a friend fix a Chevy Avalanche.. this truck has seen better years.. so I needed everything to do with fuel line assembly including the fuel pump.. This is a 2002 model. But no problem they had it all. I even purchased items for my volvo and friends envoy.. Very friendly staff, convenient parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. That was a good shop.”

“My son and I attended Owen Sound Volkswagen to look at the 2026 Taos for him. He had bad experience in the past with another company. We were pleasantly surprised with the straightforward negotiations. Paul the salesman was very polite and created an atmosphere that was comfortable and stress free. This allow for a positive experience when purchasing the vehicle. Big shout out to Paul and everyone at Volkswagen Owen Sound.
Thank you from a happy customer.”
