Good service is only recognized when the job has been completed properly. The west location in Owen Sound missed tightening at least two bolts on the engine panel and now I am hundreds of miles away with this panel falling off. I contacted them directly and they did nothing to resolve the issue and have not offered any compensation to me for costs of the repair or for the inconvenience. Until this issue occurred I was pleased with the service I received from them but now, I will not be returning to them to have my oil changed. Good luck with getting your oil changed there and make sure you check over everything they had contact with before you leave.
