“This is the best gym in owen sound area hands down. I have been a member here for 3 and a half years and wouldn't change it for anything. The environment, the equipment, the people who use it daily are the nicest people I've ever met. The coaches are never afraid to awnser any questions and help guide me in the right direction. The owners are amazing people who love to see growth and potential in individuals of all age ranges. At built it doesn't matter what age you are I see babies to elderly people, all are welcomed with open arms. For what I pay a month I don't just get a gym membership I get experiences that will grow and shape me for the rest of my life. The greatest group of individuals lie at built strength and conditioning. The fact I don't even need to show up with anything but a pair of shoes and a water bottle and everything else is included. The people, the environment, the equipment and the machines are just a few reasons why I would recommend anyone of any age to come to built. No matter how nervous you may be at the end of the day you can walk through the doors and be at a place that feels like home. It isn't just a gym it's much more... it's a family”
