“Today I entered the store at about 10:15. My phone was dieing and I'm a rogers customer so I thought I'd upgrade. At 1:30 my most wonderful, diligent, relentless customer service rep, Kelly, said, leave it with me, I'll personally deliver your phone to you at your house on my way home. Why Rogers, was this process so hard? Kelly said she'd be at my house around 3:30-4:00. By 5 I left my house for some errands. Now I'm hoping to get my phone tomorrow somehow...Kelly showed up just as I hit the sidewalk. She got super busy in the afternoon and had to stay late. Of course she had my phone and couldn't call me. But she came straight away, even though she still had over an hours drive home. Wow. That's customer service. I have never been treated so well. You should set Kelly as a standard in meeting customer needs. Thanks to her, alone, for getting me my new phone. I'd give 5 stars but Roger's failed.”
