“My first experience at the Mobile Shop. I needed a cost effective option for someone starting a new chapter in their life. Don patiently took time to understand my friend's needs and cost limitations. He was respectful, professional and very clear in his communication. Lots of mobile stores ace the technical side; to get that as well as someone with emotional intelligence and the capacity to connect in a genuine way, made this a very positive and unique experience. My friend loves his affordable phone and the well priced package that was recommended and efficiently installed. Based on this experience, I highly recommend the Mobile Shop at Zehr's in Owen Sound.”
“They were awesome! My mom got everything she wanted. And it was so cheap, she got to take a phone case from here to a phone store to try it on! Awesome definitely recommend”
“My daughter and I just left Koodo/Telus in the Heritage Mall in Owen Sound and the service was outstanding! Sierra and Scott were incredibly resourceful and settled all our questions and then some! Could not of asked for any better customer service!”
“After poor experiences with Rogers phone support, I was able to get excellent help with Vimal several times in the past week. I give her full marks for her listening skills and trouble shooting. She listens and then makes all effort to help. Thank you Vimal.”

“Fixed my PS5 HDMI port at good market value. Been 2 weeks since having it back and the port has been working great. No data loss or anything on the system. Thanks!”
