He was amazing my daughter lost her phone and absolutely no one on Rogers call centre would help me they kept telling me that could do nothing I'd having to go to the store. I get to the store I'm told they couldn't help me I'd have to call in. I was almost in tears and James knew exactly how to help me and we were able to get the phone locked and disabled. I just cannot praise James enough. When I was having a bit of a meltdown he was calm and completely calmed me down.”
