“It’s a typical No Frills with staff that behave like they’re completely worn out, all hunched over like old people and the energy has been sucked right out of them. It attracts people who wear pajamas because they’re so lazy they can’t be bothered to put on clothes. When did wearing pajamas in public become acceptable???”

“Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. Don't believe any of the negative review(s) written here. They are respectful to people i.e. not judgemental or bigoted/racist. The driver who delivers medications doesn't know about whether or not the medication is covered. That is a fact. That is also private information that only the pharmacist would know about. The privacy act for any medications that may be covered under a drug plan. The pharmacist on duty and the staff on the floor are always knowledgeable about the products that they carry including medications and i.e. skin creams. etc. Been coming to this location for many, many years. Highly recommend! :)”

“This review is for the photo centre in the Shoppers. I don't live in Owen Sound so I think this was probably the second or third time I've been here.
I visited today because I needed my passport photos redone after originally getting them done at Walmart. The Walmart photos were rejected by Passport Canada for not meeting the required standards. When I went back to Walmart they actually told me they know about this problem yet they sold me the photos anyway! Unbelievable.
My visit to Shoppers was on February 9th around noon. The woman working the photo services centre was amazing. She was quick, efficient, helpful, personable, very friendly and funny! You couldn't ask for better customer service. She quickly helped a couple other customers ahead of me and then took care of me. The experience I had here compared to Walmart was like night and day. I wish I got her name for this review, but I forgot to do so. She was wonderful and you're lucky to have her as an employee. If I wasn't recently retired, I would have tried to recruit her for my former business!”
