Purolator does a terrible job of delivery to my rural Grey County location. Parcels are often very late, do not show up at all, or they say they attempted delivery when our security cameras confirm they did not. I have asked Amazon not to use them when shipping to me. So frustrating.

Had a great experience with Anthony from this location on Dec 13. I had a roughly 70kg package which the purolator driver failed to deliver and needed to pick this monster up in person. Anthony took the time and effort to help move my package to my car and even helped me stuff it in, all while following Purolator's policies to the letter. Way to clean up their driver's mistake! Management seemed annoyed at him for doing so since he spent a good deal of time with me, but in my opinion Anthony absolutely did the right thing. If they need him to help more customers, maybe make sure the driver actually drives by my house next time. God forbid someone take some responsibility for the company's shortcomings and actually help a customer out.

Level of incompetence is almost unbelievable.. driver can't find me or call for directions. Head office can't pass on directions to driver.. virtual assistant is stupid and humans are hard to find when looking for your package.. cost me 40$ to pick my package up myself..

Initially I received an email that I was not home and the item was not delivered as a result.I contacted them and arranged a further delivery at one of thie pick up places.I then received an email indicating it had arrived but at a different place than what we had agreed .I had to call them again.They stated the message was incorrect and the item was where we had agreed .It was all sorted out but 2 innecessary phone calls were necessary!

If i could give negative stars i would. Got delivered at 1:30 pm on Tuesday.... who the F is at home at 1:30pm on a Tuesday people have jobs. Then they took the package over 1 hour away for me to pick up or try to send again.... and guess what time they came the 2nd time.... stupid as F

The folks at the front desk are top-notch – super friendly and fast service. They were also very knowledgeable which made it hassle free and very easy. Walked in, got what I needed, and was out in no time.

Went here to send out a package and had the greatest customer service experience, short blonde hair girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice. she answered all my questions and got my transaction through quickly and efficiently :)) thank you purolator

Horrible!!!! They never deliver the package! They either say that they tried delivering the package “but no one was home or answered the door” even when I’m home and waiting at the door, or they deliver it to the wrong address. I so far haven’t had a single pleasant experience with them!

If only 0 stars was an option.. dropped a package off at my new place earlier in the week just fine.. Friday comes and it’s time to drop off the warranty claim from the package that was delivered earlier in the week where the device didn’t function and Purolater decides to not leave it here.. still really need the product.. even more than when I first bought it and Purolater is holding it hostage for a weekend…. Oh yeah.. by the time my new licence shows up with the updated address from moving the “5 days” that Purolater will hold my product for me to pick up instead of dropping it off like they were supposed to will be long over.. never ever using Purolater ever again…. Good luck trying to call someone or arrange another delivery day either….

Was waiting on a package to arrive today (Friday of family day weekend) and the driver usually shows up around 2pm but today, at this time the tracking information changed to "delivery location inaccessible."I made sure to have the dog tied up, I had someone stay home to receive it and made sure the driveway was clean and checked that the road was good too, I even saw the Purolator truck a couple roads over. I've been on these roads all morning and afternoon for that matter and they've been good since late morning.Point is there was no reason to deem my location as inaccessible when it was perfectly accessible.

This is a pathetic supposed shipping company. I ordered a phone from Bell and paid for it. With the option available on the Bell site, I had it shipped to my cottage in Owen Sound where I anticipated being. When I received confirmation on the specific delivery date, I worked my schedule around so I would be there to receive it. The requirement was that I would have ti sign for the package when delivered. They attempted to drop off the package a full day ahead of the delivery schedule and left a notice to pick it up at the depot. When I attempted to pick it up with the delivery notice and purchase invoice I was informed that I had to show photo ID (which I did - but with my home address on it) or photo ID for my my business (which doesn't exist). - I presented my business card and I had a return package for Amazon from me with the address they were supposed to deliver to but none of it was good enough to receive the package even though supposedly, walking out the front door of the drop off location is good enough. So the package is going back to Bell. Christmas present delivery averted. Good job Purolator - NOT. I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option.
