“After being stopped by the strike at canada post, I needed to send something important so I went to fedex! And I was able to send it on time. Yay! It was expensive which is why i took a star off. I wish that with this canada post strike that fedex would of make it a little more affordable but as for an important thing I had to send, I paid and Yay! It will be sent and it will arrive on time! The service was great, well done and fast! Thank You fedex!”

Staff i have encountered can be pleasant but it's inconsistent.
Its unfortunate that they are both accessible on a bus route and to walk there it's in an industrial section with no sidewalks and lots of traffic. It makes it very difficult for those without a car to pick up a package within 5 business days if they miss you at home.
Prices are more expensive than Canada Post but comparable to UPS.
Their delivery drivers however are always friendly and curious when I have dealt with them.”
