Staff i have encountered can be pleasant but it's inconsistent.
Its unfortunate that they are both accessible on a bus route and to walk there it's in an industrial section with no sidewalks and lots of traffic. It makes it very difficult for those without a car to pick up a package within 5 business days if they miss you at home.
Prices are more expensive than Canada Post but comparable to UPS.
Their delivery drivers however are always friendly and curious when I have dealt with them.”
