“Chris was very kind and helped us out when we had an issue during our vacations in Tobermory area. He picked up the phone, took the time to listen, understand and propose solutions. He took the car in to scan it and check the transmission oil quality etc to asses the severity of a very problematic check engine code on our Promaster (dodge transmission). In the end it was best for us not to repair it there due to logistics reason and that is what he told us. Would not take a dime for the service and told us to go on our way because it was the best thing to do for us. I don't see mechanics doing that everyday I'm glad there are still good people out there. Kudos to Chris and his team”

“i previously had a pretty terrible experience here so i had stopped going for some time but i had to stop in today as i was on a time crunch. i rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but i had such a good experience with an associate named Matt i wanted to share with others that if you happen to stop in when he’s working it will be a good one! 0 attitude was given when i declined additional services, which was one of the reasons i had stopped going originally, and he went the extra mile to have a specific bulb brought in for my headlights when they were out of stock on site.
