They are well-attended and for different levels of experience. In the advanced group, there were some seriously capable athletes. Running with them was enjoyable and helpful. All of the staff and runners were kind and a pleasure to meet. Tracy and Scott themselves are both accomplished runners and provided me with good advice. If you are interested in running with a group, and getting some mentoring -- not to mention good shoes -- I highly recommend the Runner's Den, in Owen Sound. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to formally join their Run Groups.”
