“i had a routine 12K maintenance service for my Kia 2023 today. Jeff the owner gave me a quotation of 150-200 dollars on the phone before. After the service it was the owner again who did the billing, which came to $250 before taxes. I have no issue with the amount, as it is competitive, but have a problem when a quote is not honored and do not understand why i was not given a more exact price when regular maintenance jobs on a model are a clearly known factor. I would like to go back because Jeff's does a great job, but would like to count with a reasonably accurate quotations for routine jobs in the future. Cost does matter, to me at least.”

They immediately suggested to walk over with a car battery charge pack and sure enough, had no problem starting the car. Turned out that the car battery was dead too!!
